An experience that helped me decide with all the facts, pros and cons. The rep was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. I was quickly put at ease and worked out a plan that was best for my home. Definitely glad I made the decision and got a quality product. No more worries when the rainy season hits!

I am highly dissatisfied with the installers.
1. Nails were not picked up. 2 were found in my tires (which had to be replaced versus patches) and one rusty one was found on my hand laid path next to my back porch. (There are children who play back there all the time!)
2. There's a part that is uneven that my neighbor pointed out to me.
3. The downspouts are not well placed. One would be washing away foliage if we were not collecting it. And another one comes down right next to the house and my neighbor. I asked the day of and voiced concern, but felt dismissed.
4. They left multiple pieces of the cut filter on the ground as well as on the roof. As well as all the moss and organic debris from the roof/old filters.
5. The first payment date I was told was a month off what the bank sent after the fact. Because of this, a payment was actually missed and now I have late charges and extra interest.

For about $6,000, the reputation, and the guarantees, I did not expect so many issues. Ultimately the house needs to be a safe place, and rusty nails and other debris is not acceptable!

To leave a positive note: between the gutters and a new dehumidifier, my basement isn't flooding.

BEWARE OF A COMPANY whose employees ignore "No Solicitation" notices posted at each entrance to a residential community in a desperate attempt to generate business. In addition, they are taught/trained to reply "I am not soliciting business, merely canvassing the neighborhood" which is nothing more than a play on words. If you leave a hanger on my door with your company name, a phone number, a web address, a "promo code" and a statement that "Estimates take less than 20 minutes!" you are soliciting business. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The installer was personable and hard working and accomplished everything I asked. The sales rep. that I first met up with delivered on what was promised.

Was looking to purchase new gutters and leaf protection. Researched online and contacted LeafFilter. Nice young man came out and measured everything then we sat down to go over his quote and that’s when things took a turn. He went through this half hour informative session about the company ( I had all ready done my research ). I told him that I wasn’t buying anything until I got more quotes and he wouldn’t stop until I made it clear that I wasn’t buying that all I wanted was a quote then he jumped up from the table and stormed out of the house. Your company would do much better if you would stop your high pressure selling tactics and would listen to your customers.

Sales representative was awesome. Can't wait to get it installed.

We were told work would be complete. We have bare wood in several places. Installed today, this evening we have soffit hanging down. Customer service said they don’t do the parts not done the peaks. Plan to call in the morning. $8000 for half a job. Of course promises made not in writing, can hardly read the contract.

Product seems good thus far. Install good, BUT cleanup was awful. Many old screws, nails and debris left in yard and more importantly in my driveway. This was disappointing.

MJ was amazing and was very detailed on all the details from the product to instillation

Great experience. Tons of snow, they were still able to do the full 250’ installation with some areas 3 stories above ground level.

Got a quote in the morning and by 5:00pm the installation was done completely. You'll never find any company that can beat that. Great group of people highly recommended by me.

They were to straighten clean and leaf filter my existing gutters. When they were done I had more leaks. Brackets were cut off and visible where cut horribly and some brackets left hanging on. They sealed the outside of gutters Very unprofessional would not recommend. Very unsatisfied customer for the money I am to pay.

Update a month later: Talked to several people about this matter and Still the same getting the run around and received the bill in the mail to pay for that mess. They don’t deserve one star in my book!

MJ was on time , pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and explained exactly how this job would be done. I loved the Leaf Filter products.

I had Leaf Filter guards put in. Riley Smith, the service technician was FANTASTIC! He was very knowledgeable of the company. He was polite, very efficient and cleaned up perfectly.
I recommend asking for him when you call in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.
