We got a good quote from John. We covered what to expect, price agreed on. We had service done within a week. First alert bell went off when someone in a car should up to install, they were professional and worked quickly, no issues told to us. Once he was done, no walk around with them, shortly after I noticed some issues. First product comes in 4ft sections, one section warped up near the one end, the ends of each gutter guard is not like the installed brochure at all just open ends no cap. I've tried to contact the salesman John, no reply, we had the installer come back out, he stated installed as it should be. I would NOT use them again at this point. Communication is a BIG issue.

The Fort Wayne LeafFilter team did an awesome job for us; no more cleaning gutters for this guy!! Mike was very thorough and professional when he visited our house to evaluate and provide a quote. He fully explained the product, the installation process and went above and beyond in assisting with completing the sale. The next day, Dan B. and Sean H. arrived for the install. The weather was cold but these guys worked diligently to complete the job in one day. They both were very professional and we couldn’t have asked for better guys to trust with the job. When the job was done they made sure no scraps or pieces were left behind. Amazing from start to finish; can’t wait for the first rain to check out this significant home improvement!!

Pretty sure they need to loose the girl that answers the phone. she is rude and unprofessional. Then she never answers after saying that she will return your call.

this company is terrible and the woman that answers the phone is rude. She never returned any of my calls and once she figured out that I had called from. a different number she wouldn't answer my calls. She promised over and over that they would come back and clean the stains on my couch that they missed but she never did. I used their services a few times at my old residence, never had any issues. Its sad that they have people who hate their jobs and pick and choose who they lie to and do bad. I paid good money to have professional services completed and they didn't do what they said they would do. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
