Hallie did an amazing job with our deep clean! Would highly recommend. Everything in the home is clean, shiny, and looking new. The clean oven "wrapped in a bow" was a nice touch. Hallie was punctual, efficient, and had an eye for details. Lea was an effective communicator and easy to work with on the scheduling side of things. We will definitely be using them again.

The owner is full of excuses - any compliment they received was because we felt bad for Jaime - Lisa is horrendous. Don't bother letting her do any work. I'll reduce the star to 1 - but if I could leave a 0, I sure would!

I had high expectations for this company based on all of the 5-star reviews (misleading); however, while they did an okay job; it does not meet my expectations and standards for a professional cleaning company. For actual deep cleaning services, I would NOT recommend this company.

I will start from the beginning - we booked a deep cleaning ($500-$600+). It was scheduled for Sat., 1/31/26. 2 hours into the appointment, we were notified by text that a cleaner did not show and our 1-day cleaning needed to be moved to 2 cleaning days - which were not done in consecutive days. This caused issues with work schedules so that we were away from the home, again, for a second day.

When we returned to the "half cleaned" house on the first evening, it was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen with my own eyes. Spent time sending videos and photos to the owner trying to plead our case since per the owner, almost everything in the house had been completed - lol! I mean this from the bottom of my heart - my husband and I do a better cleaning job than what they provided. Fan blades weren't touched, the bathroom toilet was NOT clean, and the bathroom sink was untouched.

We naturally left a $150 tip on the first day assuming - as scheduled - it would be completed in one day. The tip was gone when we returned, and we would not have left this tip based on this service both before and after the second clean.

When they returned two days later, they returned with one single cleaner. Granted, it was the head cleaner, but she was supposed to re-do the entirety of the house by herself when originally it was a "3-person job." She did a decent job but still missed a ton to be frank. They were in our home for a total of 8+ hours over two days and did not do a great job for $500-600.

She did a good job when she returned but still missed massive areas that should absolutely fall under items deep cleaned. We have cupboards coated in dust and gunk completely missed. Our shower glass windows were not touched. Cracks and crevices were untouched. Walls still have splatters. Overall, my husband and I could handle this exact clean for free - instead of the $600 cleaning fee plus the misguided $150 tip.

If you want a regular "semi"-baseline cleaning, sure, this is your place. But DO NOT choose this place for a solid home professional deep clean.

2/10 - choose another company - maybe even a more commercial and less local based company.
