I usually do not do reviews,but today I will. I basically needed floors which aren’t in great condition scrubbed and mopped. And cabinets and dirty walls washed to be painted for the handicapped people who live here. They weren’t willing to do that for $50 an hr. Or even give me a quote. They didn’t want the job. The person who came to do the quote was rude but in a nice way. His facial expressions gave him away. He had a sneer on his face the entire time. Had I known it would of went that poorly. I would not subjected one the handicapped residents to this person. I give 1 star for being punctual with our appointment time. If your house is already clean and with little to no work to do, They’ll probably do well. If the job is hard. I wouldn’t recommend the “cleaning authority”.

First time hiring a cleaning service and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Communication was effortless and the friendly team did an amazing job on all the areas that needed some TLC. Excited for the next time!

TCA always does their best to accommodate our schedule. The girls are also very good with our dogs. We are happy with their work.

This was my first encounter w/the cleaning service (Initial Clean A); and the ladies, Isabella & Arial, were great. My house was spotless when they finished. Very thorough and friendly service.

First of, I think I’m being generous with 2 stars for the high amount I paid for a service I did not fully receive. They are not thorough in anyway like they mention on their website. The house was empty and not in bad shape so you would think this would’ve been an easy job for them but NOPE. This is the first review I have ever done and I hope it helps someone who is trying to spend their money wisely. $50 an hour per person for this? No way. I called them after this subpar service and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. I’ve added a few photos of one of the spaces they “deep cleaned”. I definitely should’ve taken more photos of the other areas that were left completely untouched but I hope this tells a good story all the same.

I especially appreciate how thoroughly Rebekah and Crystal cleaned our bathrooms. Spic and span -- including some staining around the sink fixtures and seams of the countertop, and along all the cracks and crevices of the shower stall.

I love The Cleaning Authority. My house always looks amazing. The owners are really nice. They always call to tell me when I can expect their crew to arrive at my home, which I really appreciate.

My home is quite clean now!
After due consideration, I wish to hold the cleaning in my home for a while, maybe for about 6 months as I talked with Boni and I will let you know when to restart.

The ladies do a wonderful job. My cats love them! They are so caring and efficient. The house does not smell like chemicals when they are finished. Would highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

Hannah and Isabella did a great job! I asked if they would use my vacuum with beater bar for the cat fur filled rugs and furniture, and they did. So much less furry in here!😁

Our experience with The Cleaning Authority in Fort Wayne was incredibly disappointing. We scheduled a cleaning with them, but a week before the appointment, we opted to cancel because a friend offered to assist us instead. Despite canceling, a cleaner arrived on the scheduled date and requested the door code. I informed her that we had canceled the appointment as we had secured alternative help.

To my surprise, $100 was deducted from my bank account, despite not authorizing such a payment when initially setting up my account with them. Their policy states that if they do not confirm prior to the scheduled cleaning, they will not proceed. However, they arrived anyway, solely leaving a voicemail and never confirming verbally, to secure my $100 deposit.

I essentially paid $100 for a service I did not receive, and to make matters worse, they are refusing to issue a refund. Please beware!

There are a local operated firm and I’ve spoke to Bonnie on several occasions and had her come over to the house with her cleaning team together them instructions, and everything they have done has been excellent. I have no complaints they dust and dirt out of areas that we just never took care of so my biggest mistake was I use them after my wife passed for several months and then I thought I could handle it myself and I was mistaken, and I realized that this week when they cleaned the House, and I will have them back every two weeks and let them take care of it because I’ve reached the age and mobility that they can just take care of it so much easier than myself so I shout out to their team. Thank you.

This was our first use of this service, or any cleaning service for that matter. We could not be more pleased. We are in our 80s, and the finer points of housekeeping have been slowly deteriorating. We are amazed at what colors the floors and carpets really are. Everything is truly spotless. The crew showed up exactly on time. The ladies were most pleasant, and efficient. Cost was most reasonable, especially for what we got.
