This company does an excellent job of cleaning my house.They have a rotation system which allows all areas of the house are cleaned. They send two girls who work together very well. The best residential cleaners that I have had.

They are such a great team. I had an awesome experience with these ladies and plan to request them again. Bonnie was so sweet and came by to make sure that her team was doing well. Had a lovely conversation. Thank you so much Ariel, Eva, and Isabell! ❤️☀️

The ladies arrived on time, and did a great job with my cleaning. Went above and betong, vacuuming under the cushions of my sofa. And they were quiet and respectful while I worked in my living room.

First appointment with The Cleaning Authority-Ft Wayne. Alisha and Maddy did a wonderful job.
Arrived promptly, after a brief introduction and quick survey of my apartment, they got right to work. My dog, Kasper, and I retired to the patio to enjoy the lovely weather. And it seemed like no time at all, Alisha announced that they were done and on their way out. Could not have wished for a better experience and fantastic outcome.

I am so grateful for this service and the crew that was sent. Harleigh and Chelsea did a GREAT JOB and were very professional, friendly, and didn't make me feel like I had to tiptoe around my home. They were great with my kids and dogs. Did I mention - the HOUSE IS CLEAN! Thank you again!

I paid for 4 man hours. They were only there for an hour and I know they cleaned but there was so much they missed. I tried to email with pictures but they never responded. Mostly I thought they were expensive and I did not get my money's worth plus I had to go in and finish cleaning. I'm posting some side by side before and after photos of things that I just took a wet cloth and wiped. It literally was not heavy work at all.

We have just started using the cleaning authority. Thus far, they have done a great job. Bonnie is great at following up if there is something that we are not satisfied with and our main cleaners are great at following up with us about how they can do better. They are willing to work around our nap schedules and have been amazing at being courteous in our home. The schedule of rotating deep cleans helps us keep track of what is going to be focused on. I cannot recommend them enough and wish we would have done this sooner. I have already recommended them to my MIL and 2 co-workers who have been looking at cleaning services.

Suppose to have done a DEEP CLEANING in the kitchen and the stove was never done. Called them about this and told me it’s over a year. I told them they just moved back into the house and noticed that things weren’t cleaned. This was my mother in laws home and was taking and raked over the coals.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Cherished jewelry was stolen from my home while workers were there. Merry Maids never acknowledged or compensated me for this loss. Would NEVER recommend them!!!

We needed them on short notice, they were there. We tried others who couldn't handle the addjtional work load to due manning issues.

They did a great job and we have signed on with.them monthly.

refused to do anything for us because it was 'outside the level of service they provide' then recommended a "homicide specialist" who also refused to clean our home. both companies need to re-brand themselves to reflect what they actually do.

Never got to use this service but based on the continued promise of a call back and never getting it, I don't think I'd ever want to. If you'd like to waste all day texting these people go for it but you'll never get cleaning service or a quote or anything of quality out of them.
