Carpet Masters stands true to their name! They did an amazing job, were very friendly and incredibly affordable considering their efficiency, attention to detail, knowledge base and flexibility. Carpet Masters is officially saved in my phone for the next time we need anything in our home cleaned.

This company has cleaned my carpets, air ducts and dryer vent since about 2004. Carpet Masters is very professional and has had very little change in personnel - mostly summer help. They have a quick smile & laugh then it's down to business. They always provide keep you informed, excellent work and service.

Have always had great professional service. They did a great job on our carpet and upholstered chairs. Also did a fantastic job cleaning our tile floor and grout. Would highly recommend them!

Carpet Masters is the only carpet cleaning service that we have ever used! We’ve been using them since pretty much when they began their business. I have never once been disappointed and I’m always delighted in how good our carpets look after Phil or Bill is finished with them. And the service is always so kind and courteous as well. I kind of feel like they are family now!

Would give more than 5 stars is possible. We have used Carpet Masters for many years and have always been very happy with their service. They are honest and trust worthy, which is hard to come by. Years ago we had a small flood in the home we owned at the time. We had them came out to clean the carpets, they said did not feel like they were salvageable and that our best bet was to tear them out and get everything as dry as possible & purchase new. They even let us use an industrial dehumidifier they had and did not charge us anything. Some other companies might have tried to clean them just to make a buck knowing it wasn't possible. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. The carpets are always so clean & dry quickly after. We will never use another carpet cleaning company EVER!!

We had Carpet Masters clean a vintage wool carpet that is a reproduction of a famous painting by Kandinsky. Our dog had been sick. We cleaned the carpet with water, rolled it up and stored it away for over a decade.Phil and Robin came to pick it up, arriving when they said they would. They were both very friendly and professional. Given the stains had been there so long, we didn't expect much. The cost to clean it was very reasonable, and the stains are no longer visible. Also no chemical smell. Very satisfied.

10/5 STAR Company.. Phil and Robin are the absolute best.. they beat out those huge name carpet companies by far- SSteamer dumps water into your carpet, not leaving it half way dry or smelling clean. Carpet Masters came out efficient as ever, our living room and couches look BRAND NEW! Phil went above and beyond, with Robin by his side… Should we call him the carpet Batman? Haha! :)

I have been using Carpet Masters for years for cleaning my carpets and I’m always pleased with their service. This week I had to use them for an emergency service for the first time. My daughter, vomited red bile all over her room in the middle of the night. I worked on the stain for 2 1/2 hours, with no success. The next morning, I called Robin ant Carpet Masters and explained the situation, but also explained that my husband was working out of town and I would be in trial all day. They were so accommodating not only did they get to my home the same day, my daughter‘s carpet looks brand new. I will never use any other company not only because they’re amazing customer service but because of their quality work and great pricing.

I cannot recommend this company enough! From the before & after reveal, to the prompt customer service, attention to detail, and absolutely wonderful + patient cleaner Phil who answered all of my dumb questions as a first time professional carpet cleaner user— this was an excellent experience and will absolutely recommend to anyone! Priced completely competitive, too!

We had several bleach stains in our new carpet and was referred by a friend. Steve came out and didn't charge me anything for the estimate. While he was there he said he would Repair and patch the carpet for only $75. We agreed and it turned out fabulous. You can't even tell it had been patched!!! We will be referring you as much as we can to anyone that needs your services.

Called Steve up to schedule appointment and gave him an idea of what the job required to fix after removing a gun safe that was bolted down and put some holes in the carpet. He quoted me a price and once we moved the safe we found we had another issue that required more work. Steve was very patient with me as we were trying to load the safe and while he was there waiting he actually just took the initiative to fix the extra problem and did not charge extra. Highly recommended and will be using him for any other carpet repairs or future issues we may have. Thanks again!

TL;DR: I’m only going to use Steam-It going forward for carpet cleaning. Booking was simple. Pricing was excellent. Techs were everything you could ask for: on time, friendly, helpful with moving furniture, fast and effective, and explained everything very thoroughly. Oh, and the carpets look great!

Our basement flooded after a storm. Jeff and his team arrived in a timely manner. They took care of everything and had fair pricing. It was the first time we've ever had an issue like this and had to file a claim with our insurance. Honestly, Jeff was more helpful than my insurance company as far as just explaining the process and helping me be prepared for what to expect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Had our four rooms and hall cleaned today by Edwin and Jalen. They showed up at 8am on the dot as scheduled, were very courteous and respectful, explained everything about our stains, and went to work until a quick finish. Very good price for our rooms and scotchguard treatment. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! Steam it sent a text that they were on their way! This gave me time to put the dogs away and clean up some laundry that was left out! Jeff was very informative on the products that they use(ALL NATURAL) which was fantastic since I have small dogs and we have little kids in the house almost every week! The service was fabulous and the price was right in my budget! I would high recommend Steam-it for any of your carpet cleanings! Company is professional, informative and very respectful of your home! We are so impressed with our tile floors and shower! The young gentleman who did the cleaning were polite and professional. Our tiles are 19 years old, and they look like new! I would highly recommend Steam-It Inc.

We had Steam-It out a few days ago to do our carpets. They did a fantastic job! Edwin and Jalen were super professional and kind. Edwin explained everything and went out of his way to try to get up some really tough stains, and Jalen came back from the truck with stickers for my kids. Our carpets were in really bad shape (3 kids under 6 and a Great Dane) and were super impressed with what they were able to do. The carpets feel and smell clean, and some of the stains I thought would never go away haven't shown back up even days later. Fabulous job guys!

Was the absolute Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! My white socks never got really wet like other companies and not even brown, and I usually change white socks several times, but not this time!
I have white berber carpet going on 30 years old, and it looks years newer!
