They scheduled within a week, deep cleaned, I added pet treatment, that redeemed a urine stained recliner( my 90 lb shepherd) . I also had a sofa with double recliner was worn out , I was going to dump them in the trash but gave Steam- It a chance, I was impressed how refreshed and thoroughly renewed both pieces were for $155 very much worth their service. Be prepared to stay off it for a good 24 hrs ( I waited a day longer to let it completely dry ) Highly recommend them!

We don’t have a lot of carpet in our house anymore. We only had a couple of large area rugs and a set of stairs that needed steam cleaned. Steam its prices were very good, they were very responsive and timely in their arrival. They did real nice work while they were here. Very considerate. We will definitely be using them again!

Just had my carpets cleaned and scotchgarded for the first time since building the house and they look like the day we moved it. PERFECT! We had a spot on a rug, and they removed it and looks brand new. Had another company come out several months ago to clean my rugs and they looked the same when they were done. Never again! Will definitely call Steam-It for any future jobs.

I had Steam-It come out and clean the carpet, tile, and vinyl in one of my offices. They were able to accommodate our request to have the floors cleaned during our off hours and set the appointment for a Saturday. They arrived when they said they would. Both men were polite and friendly. The floors looked great when they were done! I would highly recommend Steam-It whether it's for your home or your business.

Jalen and Konner provided exceptional service cleaning our dryer vent. Both individuals were very respectful of the home, prompt and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Jalen and Trace were very professional and honest about a few of the stains. But in the end, the carpets looked great, so I was pleased with their work.

Well where can I start. This will me a very honest review. Everyone was nice response time was quick and the guys were on time and very respectful
But the service is not the greatest. I guess you get what you pay for
Service was pretty cheap but the they were here at Least 30minutes considering I have a 3 bed 2 living rooms house with carpet
When I called to ask if that was it the guys on the phone said his guys were here 2 hours and that he was tracking their times
That left me very confused since the guy was talking to me like I was lying
In the end he ended up sending them back
And they went over the dinning room and living rooms again in only 10 min
They guys again were very nice about it but it was a very cheap job I ended up having to buy all the equipment and cleaning the whole thing again
They didn’t get rid of spots in the flor or anything whatsoever
I honestly don’t understand what they actually did. Anyways next time I will pay more to other companies than this one
I didn’t like being called a liar when I was at the property for this service.
