TLC was easy to work with in setting an appointment for window cleaning. The day of they texted me to confirm they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very polite and concentious of their work and promptly got to cleaning my windows. The windows looked great when they were done. I would definitely use them again and refer to others

Our house is on a farm with lots of cows. Our front and back porches and siding were heavily coated in fly specks. In 3 hours our house, windows, and screens were very clean! I was impressed with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning.

Called for a quote, given quickly and scheduled within a few days. Work was completed today, power-washing house, porch, sidewalk and driveway and window washed. Very pleased with results! Adrien was timely, polite and professional! Highly recommend their services. Pricing is very fair! Would not hesitate to use them again!!!

We hired TLC to power wash the northern-facing front of our house, which looked dingy due to algae growth. They also washed all of our exterior windows. They did a wonderful job and their workers were very friendly. The company was also very efficient at quoting and scheduling the appointment. I would definitely hire TLC again!

Levi was absolutely awesome as my TLC cleaning serviceman. He was friendly and respectful and made sure I knew TLC wants to please their clients. My siding and my windows are sparking clean! Rude and disrespectful. First time calling and the guy on the line was very rude. I just had one question about the service and the guy just talked and hung up in a really rude way. Do yourself a favor and contact someone else. No wonder they have so many 1 stars

They are an excellent choice for your pool needs. They put in our pool (20+) years ago. They no longer install new pools but their service is excellent. They have opened and closed our pool, replaced equipment and kept us happy from day one. We have recommended them, and I still do.

We just had a swim pools inc van in front of us on Stellhorn rd and her turned on lehmeyer rd. He gunned it so fast and speeding just so someone couldn’t get in front of them. Very unprofessional and very bad advertisement. And by having a huge family with pools and have used them in the past you just lost customers for that.

A year ago I would have given them 5 stars, this year I struggle to give them 1 star. Last year they opened my pool and it was sparkling blue (from a dark green) in 2 days. I have the pictures to prove it. This year, 1 week later and it is a green monster. They will not acknowledge that something was missed or not done. Not only will they not acknowledge it, I was cursed at for being so audacious as to suggest that they were in the wrong. Will never use them again.

This was the third company that I called to repair our pool heater. The first two said something like "...there are no trouble codes so I don't know what's wrong..." When I called Swim Pools, a tech named Josh caem the following day and found the problem in short order. It was nothing more than a cobweb, which would not have produced an error code. This is a demonstration of old-school troubleshooting that came from knowledge gained by experience.

You have a very dangerous driver working for your company. The driver of the truck with TK485LEM plates is regularly running 15-20 mph over the speed limit. Weaving through traffic, passing on the right, tailgating are some other issues of note. Control your driver or I will report them to the police. This driver is endangering every neighborhood they pass through.

9/8/22 Nothing has been done to reign in this DANGEROUS DRIVER. They nearly hit me and another driver this morning, pushing their way through traffic. Will you do nothing about this driver? Is it the owner? Do you need to wait until they kill somebody to take action? Obviously your company's reputation is not important enough to get this driver under control or off the road.

We were referred to this company (Specifically Josh) by a friend who had used them in the past. We spoke with Josh, established pricing and were told he would be by to assess/open our pool. After waiting around for 6+ hours with no communication whatsoever, Josh texts us that he "Is not interested in cleaning our pool" with no context whatsoever. While we acknowledge his right to choose what business he takes on, we also did not appreciate the blatant disregard for our time. Perhaps this level unprofessionalism was a one off situation but based on the mediocre reviews, I would have to assume otherwise.

I've gone back and forth on posting this review all summer but felt that it needed to be done.
My husband and I have used Swim Pools, Inc to close our pool for the last 6 years and had no issues up until this spring when we opened it, Spring 2022 (they closed it Fall 2021).
From up until this past fall, we never had an issue but this spring when we opened our pool it was dark green and you couldn't even see the bottom (see pictures) due to algea. Upon calling Swim Pools Inc about getting this issue fixed, the guy my husband spoke with (didn't get a name) was rude and said he would pass our info on to Josh and then hung up before my husband could give him our info. When trying to call back at later dates, no one answered and we got tired of trying so we fixed it ourselves.
It's a shame that I'm having to write this review because again, up until this last closing we never had an issue. But with the lack of professionalism and not being able to get them to fix this problem since they didn't close our pool correctly, I cannot recommend this company anymore and we will never use them again.
