Schimmels came in and gave us a quote to strip and clean our lobby and a couple of restrooms and add 3 coats of wax. 3 days later after our business closed for the night they showed right on time to start. Gary the tech did an absolutely fantastic job and kept us informed after each step. They work well past midnight and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We will use them again.

Our experience with Steam Team was very positive. We were pleased to be able to schedule our carpet cleaning before the holidays and their communication was very good. Technicians Jason and Eric are knowledgeable, professional and personable. They gave extra effort to clean soiled traffic areas and stains. They also treated for pet odors. After cleaning the living room area rug, the colors are bright again. The price was reasonable and worth it. We highly recommend Steam Team.

Office air vents/ducts cleaned ✔️ and home air vents/ducts cleaned✔️ Amazing difference in air quality! The office was built in the 1800’s remodeled in the early 90’s the home is 30 years old. The vents/ducts have never been cleaned.

I was shown before and after photos. Wow what a difference! The employees gave excellent customer service from the scheduling through all the cleaning and when they were done they spent time with me to explain everything they had accomplished. The Steam Team came highly recommended by a friend. I now see why!!

The air smells like walking into a brand new home. We have 4 fur babies and I gave up thinking my home could smell this good. Now I smell crisp clean air from brand new ducts! Steam Team crew……. I’ll see you in 7 years!

We recently had the Steam Team out to clean our vents and floors. The vent crew was great—professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the experience with the floor crew didn’t meet the same standard.

There were two main issues. First, they didn’t call before arriving, which forced me to cut an errand short to get home in time. More significantly, there was a clear expectation that furniture would be moved, but that was only partially followed through. For instance, none of the furniture in our master bedroom was shifted, even though the surfaces had been cleared and the bed was on a simple metal frame. In one closet, a large craft cutting board was left on the floor and cleaned around, rather than quickly being set aside—something that felt more like a shortcut than a professional decision.

These frustrations could have been avoided with clearer communication about what furniture would or wouldn’t be moved, and a bit more attention to detail. If you plan to hire them, I’d recommend moving everything off the floor in advance and not assuming they’ll make judgment calls that prioritize a thorough result.

This company is very thorough in their work that they do! All the employees are friendly, kind and hard workers. When i call to set up an appointment, the owner is always very accommodating. I will continue to use this firm for my carpet, furniture and floor cleaning business. Thanks as always, Good work guys!

I had 2 teams at my home for services today: air duct team and carpet team. Techs were very polite, asked for a tour of the house before starting their work. They had a list of questions for me. Work was completed in about an hour for each task. I am very pleased with the outcome and will happily recommend the Steam Team to friends and family!

It had been many years since we had our ducts cleaned. Many places were very pricey. I happened to get in touch with Josh. He provided me with a price to do the job, which by the way was way cheaper. They did a fantastic job. I was more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment got in very quick to have my carpets And couch cleaned. They got to my home and they let me know that they couldn’t do my couch because one of their tools broke and they got me rescheduled and for the inconvenience they even gave me a discount. Great customer service!

As for the service, Kendrick and Allen were prompt and professional. They did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent, and they provided before and after pictures of the job.
