Eva is a wonderful person whom I've come to enjoy spending time with. It's because of her character that I reached out to support her business. Mint LLC cleans the apartment complex that I stay at & every time they come by to clean it, you can see and smell a difference. It always looks and smells amazing afterwards :) They take pride in their work and are hard workers.

Over the past several months, I have repeatedly raised concerns regarding ongoing service issues with our corporate cleaning. i even had the regional manager come out to review the condition of the cleaning services in March 2026, and he acknowledged that the work being performed was not meeting their company’s standards and pointed out may additional areas the cleaning crew missed. At that time, I was assured the issues would be corrected. Since then, little has changed, and several of the areas specifically identified during that walkthrough have continued to remain untouched.
In addition, i was promised that they would complete a deep cleaning of the office to address the substandard condition of the building. That deep cleaning was never completed.
There has also been a continual lack of communication regarding staffing changes within our building. Different individuals have been entering and cleaning the office without any communication to us regarding who is assigned to our account. Even after directly requesting this information, I have still not been provided with the names of the individuals servicing our building, despite clearly observing different people on our security cameras.
I have followed up multiple times without resolution or meaningful response. Despite numerous attempts to address these concerns directly with the regional manager and Indianapolis main office, and numerous voicemail messages, I have received no returned calls and no adequate effort to resolve the issues.

I just terminated our services with them. i strongly discourage you to use their services -- they are unresponsive and do not do what they say they will and cleaning standards are very low.

In response to the owner’s reply: As noted in my review, I made multiple attempts over several months to resolve these concerns directly with your regional manager and main office before terminating services. I left several voicemails and follow-up messages that were never returned. Unfortunately, the issues identified during our March 2026 walkthrough were never corrected, the promised deep cleaning was not completed, and communication regarding staffing and follow-up remained unresolved.

Renee and Her team does cleaning for me every month and also does errand and small services around the house for me and my husband i would highly suggest renee they are amazing and very friendly

I'll come back with a in-depth review later later but surg through the company can about do anything they want! They stay on them phone esp where no cameras. They use the language barrier to have the phone on them so its an excuse if caught but again when in bathrooms, dressing rooms with no cameras..... they even bring chargers to charge the phone in the bathroom. Like seriously..
