Ciocca has been cleaning our offices and labs for some time now. They have always given us top-notch service. Their online ticket entry system makes tracking any issues or changes effortless, making sure we are always taken care of.

If I could give -10 that would be my star score. These pictures were taken at a Medical facility for cancer patients on DuPont Rd. Every patient that walks in the door is at high risk for illness or infection because of our disease. We are all literally fighting for our lives. The complete lack of cleaning, especially in the bathrooms, is increasing the risk to our health. (these are pictures taken in 4 of the 5 patient bathrooms) The crud on the sinks and floor wipes right off so it just is not being cleaned. I do understand that good employees are hard to come by but so are good employers. Both are equally failing at their job at this facility. Disgusting. The employee bathrooms at this facility are even more disgusting than the patient bathrooms.

Our cleaning person, Luz is amazing! She has taken ownership of her role here in the clinic and cleans things that have been overlooked for years. Many staff have commented on the exceptional job she is doing. She is always very pleasant and has the building sparkling! You would do well to hire many more like her!

We've been an established client of Ciocca's for quite some time now. It's been great working with their friendly staff. They help come up with creative solutions for hard to clean areas. Ciocca's also caters to our schedule to ensure there are no customer disruptions. Overall it's been a very good experience!

I had severe water damage coming off of my furnace and when I called Ciocca’s they were there within an hour to mitigate the problem. Excellent service and very friendly service people. They are thorough and take their time in mitigating so that there is no mold or further damage.
