We had a wet basement and they were here in less than 1/2 hour. They were quick and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We have waited and waited for work to begin. We were finally told that dry wall work could not begin until we selected our paint colors, carpet and color, vanity, and LTP. We made arrangements and got this done right away. Finally, on Thursday of this week a worker did show up at about noon and said he was here to replace cut out drywall. He asked about paint and how many coats, we told him that Dave has all of this info. The worker then said he needed to get to Lowe's to pick up drywall material and would be right back. He Never came back or called. We have had no word for anything to be done this Friday. I have left messages and Jacob Cross with AllState has left messages. No one is calling us back. It is now 1:20 on Friday afternoon. Do I need to locate a different contractor?

Yvette Jenkins and her team do an amazing job for us at the downtown One Summit Square. I appreciate her positive attitude and the attention her team gives to cleaning. Great work!!

CIOCCA is doing a good job keep our new state of the art office cleaned and ready for our employees and visiting clients. Very professional and timely in their response.

If I could give you a zero I would. When I ask a question about Health Insurance why did it take 7 days to respond to me. This is normal. Your bosses once in a grey hair checked on me. No motivation from management. They tell you we care thats false. Dont expect encouragement. You will not see it. My coworker was suppose to get an evaluation in March still waiting on that and its almost September. Don't expect any pace cards in 7 months never got one who would care anyhow. I dont recommend Ciocca. Until they decided to invest in there employees.

Cioccas is a great company, we had a complete disaster in our home, they came right in and did everything they had to do to get us back to normal. Dave black is phenomenal we couldn't have done it without all his help, and knowledge. Thanks again cioccas!!!

We had Ciocca in our home after a fire that damaged part of our kitchen. They took extra care to make sure all clean up was done properly and that extra air filters were added to our home because of children with allergies. They helped make our traumatic experience so much better. Everyone was very professional and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The staff member assigned to clean our facility is great - very thorough, great attention to detail, great communicator, goes over and above for us. He is definitely part of our Team. Company owner is engaged and accessible. Highly recommend!

Cioccas did a fantastic job on our carpets. The before and after pictures were so satisfying! Very professional!

From first phone call with this company I had red flags. Lady didn't give me any details on the job. But pay and weekend hours. I expected little more information without me having to ask. If you interview for a position and get hired. You expect to have that job four days later? Not case guess I was taking to long to come in finish paperwork. Gave my job away. Offered me left overs. Office crew seems nice. Great customer service but communication like most of these businesses now days. Need to be worked on. They should've called said hey we found someone else for that job. They was thinking I was typical unemployed victim. Desperate will take anything. Not case I'm good thanks though

On July 5, 2022, our basement was affected by the 14 inches of rain we received over a 5 hour period. By 8am, we knew our basement was receiving water. After getting a hold of a plumber to help with our sump pump issue, we called Cioccas because we saw the truck often in our neighborhood.

Dave Black lives around the corner for us and was over to our house to do the initial assessment of our house. They removed carpet and padding in our back room and brought down dehumidifiers and fans to start the drying process. He returned a few days later to make a full assessment which required a drywall flood cut in two rooms, carpet removal, new baseboard in finished part of basement, and painting walls.

The work was coordinated well and the basement was finished on time. The work was done to our satisfaction. All work with coordinated with our Insurance so that made it very smooth. Dave also helped us figure out a small remodel project that allowed us to take our a small wall due to the mess in the basement. He assisted us by coordinating an electrician and drywaller to help fix this repair (Done at our cost).

We were very happy that Ciocca partnered with us for our restoration. So many people's basements were damaged during this storm event. We understood it would not be a fast restoration but his met our goal to have basement restored by the end of September in time for family to arrive for a family wedding.

When we came home on New Years Day this year, we found that our basement had flooded. We contacted numerous companies and only one returned our call immediately and came out that day and that was Ciocca's. Dave was our main contact and he did a great job of communicating and getting our basement dry quickly. We had to replace some drywall and carpet as well. Overall, the work that the Ciocca's team did was professional and thorough. We were very thankful for their prompt response to our issue.

I had a kitchen sink pipe line break and was told from insurance to call a professional to assist in what needed to be done. Professional company they are. Very respectful and was promptly on site within a few hours. Kept me updated on what they were doing to prevent any further damages. Highly recommend them for any water issues.

Great people. Great company. Have serviced our office janitorial cleaning needs for many years and we've been very happy. They have also been a great one stop shop for any water/plumbing restoration needs when things don't go as planned. Very responsive in a time of need.
