I've used Kapp's for more than 20 years. They stand by their work. Any time that I've not been happy with my lawn (it's rare), they are quick to address it. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn from my neighbors. I always tell them, "Kapp's deserves the credit, not me."

These guys ROCK! They always call ahead, leave a text, and then check in when done. Prices are good and they are not pressuring. My lawn is one of the best in our subdivision!!

We used to have an unhealthy lawn. sparse in places, spots of crabgrass and lots of dandelions. Since we've had Kapps it now looks very healthy and full. our front lawn looks like a golf course!

I just spoke with Kapp's about their service in my subdivision. I don't use their service but a lot of people in my neighborhood do. Their technicians do not blow excess fertilizer off the sidewalks leaving a mess for people that walk their dogs through the neighborhood. They didn't seem to care about the health of our pets. They will only blow the excess fertilizer off the sidewalks if their customers request it. If you use their services please request that they provide this additional service for your neighborhood. I have observed other lawn care companies provide this service on every visit.

After 4 treatments our lawn was dead. Owner said this was normal. I canceled all further treatments but they continued and even billed us for seeding. I checked all of our cameras and it only showed their worker receiving himself behind our pool. Now I have to go to small claims to pay for nothing! This company needs to seriously reevaluate their priorities.

Kapps always does a 10/10 job. You can always tell a difference after they come. I highly recommend!

This company is a scam. They put fertilizer on my lawn which caused excessive crab grass to grow everywhere. They also never respond to phone calls to cancel their service. They actually showed up unexpected wanting to treat my lawn again after I called them twice to cancel. But in the past they have called me at 8:30 at night to try to upsell. If I could give them a negative rating I would certainly do so. I will never use this service again! Any positive reviews are probably fake.

Started with their service two years ago after fighting with creeping charly in my lawn for a couple years before that. Kapps had good pricing and we also added their insecticide. Second year, prices went up, which is to be expected since I joined with a promo offer. The next year, went up even more. Started shopping around and considering my options. I could always count on them to call and upsell me to other products (tick control, grubs, etc.) and the caller always sounded put off, shocked and offended at my decline. The quality of their work was "okay" but not stellar. After this most recent price hike, I decided to go back to treating my own lawn. I can't say any of the other providers impressed me all that much or gave me reason to select them.

Gentleman walked up to our door, after having treated the front and side lawn, asking how to get into our backyard. We did not hire this company to treat our yard, we don't treat our yard. Now my lawn has toxic chemicals that I didn't want on it. Our house and our neighbors, who actually hired them, both have the house numbers easily visible if the guy had actually looked to verify. There's no way to undo the damage. Extremely unpleased.

I have used Kapp's Lawn Care Service for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a professional job and have such a curteous staff than Kapp's

We have been Kapp's customers for 30 years. Our lawn is beautiful, and we often receive compliments. Kapp's service is great. They have free service calls so we don't hesitate to call if we find some weeds between applications. The lawn technicians as well as the office staff are knowledgeable and really care about doing a good job. We are happy to support a local Fort Wayne company.

I've been using a service to fertilize my lawn for about 23 years and have tried just about all of them. I left Kapps twice for a "bargain price", but quickly came right back. There's no comparison. My lawn looks great, they pick up the phone when you call, they immediately respond to any problems by sending out a manager, and they have been spraying perimeter of my house for bugs with good results the past 2-3 seasons. Great company!

Justin came out to our residence and did a thorough job of spot checking and resolving weeds. Satisfied, 2nd year customer!
