Never had a bad experience. Most recent was one of the best customer experiences ever with Calvin. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but if they didn't have it he had perfect substitutes. He was very patient while making a decision. They have a offsite nursery within 10 min drive so there are lots more options if something is out of stock, or if you need something bigger.. I can't wait until my plants get bigger. Looking forward to getting a few more things from them soon. I'd definitely recommend them for your project.

We are extremely pleased with the design and landscaping done by Kipp and Giovanni at Plant Center Nursery. They prepared a design, moved and replaced tired old 'builder' landscaping, trimmed, mulched, and added edging. The price was reasonable, work was efficient and fast, and the design was clean and simple with room to grow. Strongly recommend.

Cute little garden shop with quite a variety of trees, shrubs, bushes, etc. Staff seam pretty attentive (I think we were asked if we needed help by 4 different people). Less rocks / statues and sheds / gaurdening decor than other places I've been, yet they clearly have been here a while and know what sells.

If you are looking for a grave blanket this is the place to go, they are absolutely beautiful, you can see the time and commitment put into it. They definitely put their customers first, going beyond satisfaction. You need to check them out, you can tell they put their heart in everything they do. I rarely, if ever, write reviews BUT I want to thank the Plant Center! Last week, my daughter and I picked out a tree that she wanted to plant in our back yard. She (being 6) was very specific and particular. It needed to be pink for a long time, then bright green, then "pretty yellow". It also needed to get "really big". The staff walked us through all the different types of pink trees, showed us pictures, and then let us out back to pick our tree out. To save a credit card charge, the lady offered to swing past my house to pick up a check. 3 days later, 8-1-1 marked only the location the tree was going. I appreciated that because they didn't have to mark up my entire yard! 5 days later they were there to install the tree! They were polite, professional, and very detailed and they even made it fun for my daughter. I highly recommend The Plant Center!

I received terrific help from one of their newest sales associates who found me just what I was looking for! When comparing to the big box home improvement stores, you get much larger plants for less at The Plant Center! I’ll be back soon!

The staff was really nice and informative. They assisted with loading my flowers and offered to lay down plastic. The flowers are beautiful. They also have a good variety of trees both flowering and fruit. I'll be back =)

Do not use Kapp's! I had them perform standard lawn service for a couple seasons as well as edging. While edging, they missed part of the property and the portion of work they did complete was very crooked and choppy! When I contacted them to report my frustration and request they come and fix it, they did not respond so I stopped service and short paid the invoice by the portion of work not completed along with sending a letter requesting resolution. They continue to send an invoice every month for work that was not completed, but never responded to my request for resolution.

I've used Kapp's Green Lawn for many years. If you need lawn care services, they are an excellent choice.

For 3 years they have consistently started treatment for crab grass too late. Every year I'm told it was too cold and every year crab grass is a nightmare. Now, even clover is coming back. Definitely will not be using this service again

Results you can count on! Regardless of the shape your lawn is in now, I suggest you give them a try. Their mix used in applications has done wonders for me. In the beginning with new grass that wasn’t coming in, they helped it come in fully. Now I use them for maintenance. My grass is thick and very green now, and I have Kapp’s to thank!

I don't normally write reviews but I am so pleased with the services kapps provided for me this season as a first year customer ! I switched from another company this season whom I won't mention, and immediately I seen significant improvements from not only the technicians but as well as the product and service . Kapps turned my lawn from being brown and thin to a thick green weed free yard in only one season . They are a caring professional company that cares about there customers . I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a great local lawn company !!

We had many treatments done by Kapps and it never got rid of the crab grass or weeds. The treatments they did, did not make any impact. We had to treat our yard ourselves after many treatments from Kapps and only after we did our own treatments did we see any difference. Once we started doing our own treatments, we started seeing the crab grass and weeds die, plus our lawn became greener. Waste of money!

They are quick on replying by email or phone! They always call the day before they are coming. Kapps has spread for weeds and sprayed fertilizer down. We have the greenest yard in the area. Thank u so much Kapp's!
