We have used Kapp’s for several years and whenever I have had a problem when I call they are out very quickly to look at and attempt to fix said problem. This week, I called on Monday and they sent someone out by Wednesday. Justin H. was the technician and what a professional. He slowly fertilized and treated the lawn as if his own yard. When finished he blew off any excess on our driveway and sidewalks. I was very happy and wanted Kapp’s and Justin to know. Since using Kapp’s our yard has improved tremendously.

We have lived in our home for 2 years now. The yard had been in bad shape - especially our backyard. It was full of weeds and we couldn't walk barefooted on it.

This spring, we hire Kapp's Green Lawn here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are so glad we did. Our yard looks great. The backyard has been completely transformed. The grass is thick and easy to walk on without shoes. No weeds.

Kapps has been taking care of my yard for several years. My yard always looks amazing, so green and weed free. The Kapps technicians are thoughtful and conscientious in the work. I have a fenced in yard for my two dogs. Every technician has closed the gate after completeing the treatment which I appreciate. They also clean the sidewalks of the granules. Very good workers.
Their communication is top notch by keeping me informed of my next application thru texts. They respond to text questions as well.

Justin Hughes does a great job with my lawn. He is professional and respects the property. I appreciate the way he runs the machine back and forth in nice lines vs some lawn services just go all over the place and leaves marks everywhere, circle and lines all over. Justin always cleans off any concrete before he leaves. You don't find many respectable workers like him. Thank you, Justin. I have been with Kapps many years, changed once and then went back. Kapps has always help solve any issues that might have occured or gave suggestions on what I can do. I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Kapps for always working with me.

Josh King and the Kapp’s crew have been great. They show attention to detail, are timely and very clean. My former lawn care company never fertilized an area I specifically asked to fertilize (multiple times); Josh verified it was fertilized and clean. Thank you Kapp’s!

Justin always does a great job and is a personable guy. Most importantly, he makes sure, by calling in advance, that our somewhat swampy backyard is good and dry before he does an application. Our lawn is visibly much more full and vibrant than it has been in the past two years. Thank you, Justin and Kapps!

I never have had an issue with the employees or application of product. My only negative would be that they don't blow off sidewalks or patio areas from over spray of product. Not a huge issue, but we do have dogs and kids in the house that are outside all the time. I don't want them tracking the product all over the house or getting sick from it. There are also a few areas around my patios and landscaping that still have weeds growing that I feel should be gone from the product applied.

Very conscientious of their work. They give advance notice of service and have reasonable pricing. I would recommend their services.

THIS is what Kapp’s done to our lawn. If I could have put negative stars I would have! We are VERY frustrated !! In 18+ years our yard (even untreated) never looked this bad!! I believe that they waaayyyy over treated it! We have not had crabgrass in our front yard in years & it’s now everywhere!

I don't appreciate a company who's employees ignore No Soliciting signs but I especially don't appreciate when those employees ignore me as I plead through my security camera speaker to please not approach my door because the dogs will wake up the baby. The man ignored my pleas, putting your crap flyer on my door and causing the dogs to wake the baby that took so long to put down for a nap. I need no other reason to never do business with you than the blatant disrespect shown by your people.

My personal service representative takes great care of my lawn. The yard was over ran with weeds and struggling spots. In such a short time, my lawn has been transformed, even in this dry season. Thank you!
