A very kind and helpful man with great prices on his services. He explained to me what to look for and when to know to call for a drain cleaning. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. You won't find anyone better.

I had roto rooter come out last summer they did an okay job. But they were pricey. Ricks came in did the same job for almost half the price. Plumber also told me roto rooter usually only has a 50 foot snake on hand. I have a 70 foot trailer and he brought an 85 foot snake. Great job by far! Will be recommending this company.

This guy knows his stuff, he’s super nice, and was very responsive. If you want it done right at the lowest price possible do yourself a favor and call Rick. I am keeping his number on my fridge if I need to call him again.

Amazed with my entire experience! Rick returned my call immediately and arrived at my home 20 min later! On Easter Sunday no less! My sewer line between my home and the street was clogged. He had it unclogged quickly and charged a nominal fee. Will definitely call him for future needs!

OMG! These Guys are awesome. I love Rick & his son. I called them a few years back and was so pleased at the price and work, that I continue to call them up. I just called Rick today with an emergency back up in my tub and I didn't have the funds and he came over right away and fixed my emergency and work the funds out with me. AWESOME!!!!!! Rick came out to clear our kitchen drain shortly after I called. I had prevoiusly tried all basic tricks you can find online, cleared the trap, and used a high end liquid cleaner which didn't appear to do much. He had it fixed/cleared and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes and cost much less than what I was expecting; I believe at least 1/2 the cost of what the big name sewer/pipe companies would have charged. We are extremely happy with his prompt service and pricing. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, efficient, & fair priced installation of new sump pump and corrected botched job of backup sump pump(check valves not in proper place & not securely mounted with initial install). Responded quickly to initial call, arrived on-time, courteous and patient to all questions and concerns. Even placed follow-up call next day after downpour to make sure everything worked properly before we could commend him with it's success! Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company for any projects/emergencies in the future.

Had a “known” company come out to clear what I was told was a simple sewer line blockage. It took about 2 hours to complete. After 2 1/2 days, the blockage was as bad as before. Fortunately, I was unable to get the guys back out and found Rick’s Sewer Svcs. Corey came out well after dark, cleared the line and then got a camera down the line and found where the line was cracked and over 75% blocked by tree roots. He scheduled us to repair the line and did a really fabulous job. He was professional, very methodical in his analysis of the problem/solution, communicative, and answered all my questions. I’ve used several other contractors over the last 23yrs but Rick’s is now the only phone number I will use for this type work, period! Thanks Rick - you now have an extremely satisfied customer!

We bought our house 6 years ago. We've been using them since we moved in. Very responsive and is always on time. Very fair and I would recommend using them. The old man passed, but his son upholds his dad's ways and it's a relieve to know there is someone out there to trust
