I recently sold my house and in order to do that I needed to get some things fixed. The kitchen faucet, the bathroom faucet and the laundry room sink. After seeing the original quote I decided not to have my laundry room sink repaired as it was more expensive than I was wanting to pay. The buyer of the house agreed to me fixing just the kitchen and bathroom sink. I specifically told this to the plumber (till plumbing), stating NOT TO DO THE LAUNDRY ROOM SINK, However the guy who did the install FORGOT and still repaired the laundry room sink and proceeded to bill me for it. When we got ahold of him and told him that was not what we agreed to he did take off his install fee but I was still required to pay for the parts.
SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE, someone who remembers what was talked about and does the job he was told to do. Live and learn but just wanted to let people know so they don't have to shell out money they didn't intend to.

I had Till Plumbing out to replace a couple sump pumps. Did a fantastic job. Even fixed the improper placement of the check valves that the home builders contractor did and placed them closer to the pumps which has made a huge positive improvement. They don't go off as often which will have the pumps last longer. Perfect job, perfect cleanup and fantastic price.

I called around 9:30am for an estimate and by 2pm Mike was at my house to replace my leaking laundry supply valves.
