Jordan assessed the situation (sump pump drain pipe needs to be buried) and will give us estimates on solutions. He was knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and very pleasant.

Very professional. And to the point and did not try to up sell me something I did not need, update, the job is done and Andrew inspected everything under the house all parts replaced new subpump installed awesome job and very affordable.

PG came out a couple of weeks ago to fix my exterior spigot - we opted to have them repair it rather than replace it. They did, but it ended up still leaking. Called them out again and they replaced the entire spigot free of charge. I got to be honest... you don't really see that type of customer service in the home-services industry anymore. I am extremely grateful for PG coming out. We're buying a new house next month and if we have any issues at all we're calling PG right away.

The whole crew are a bunch of knowledgeable and professional people. They were honest, understanding, and the owner was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done! They had to bust up the concrete floor, dig through the dirt under my house and replace some old and undersized piping. Then came back a few days later and patched up the hole in my floor.
My family and I were going through some hard times with my father having lung cancer and my mom has late stage dementia at 82 and the last thing we needed was a backup and water all over the floors. But that's what happened and after going through something like that once you understand and appreciate guy's like these guy's!!! Professional, friendly, fair and rescuers in their own way. Very thankful and will recommend to everyone I can.

My experience was with Austin and Andrew on different days. Austin came first and fixed the broken pipe quick and fast. Andrew came the next day and was quick, fair and amazing. This guy even cleaned the inside of my nasty toilet bowl that had been sitting for a month. I can't say enough good about these 2 gentlemen. The pricing was quite fair as well. I'm more focused on customer service because of my age. I'll focus on the correctness of the problem as much as how the people deal with me. This company will get my business from here forward. Also (because it was so hard to find) they take care of modular homes.

We hosted a family brunch Friday the day after Thanksgiving and PG plumbing came out THAT DAY accessed the problem and showed Monday December 1st to install our new sewage ejector pump-Thanks to Angi, Courtney and especially Jordan who installed the pump-

Dave arrived on time and began working on the jobs immediately! He explained what was being done and noted when water would be off or when bathroom could be used. Immediate response after an inquiry via Angi & appointment made. Andrew was communicative before arriving & explained the work that was needed with estimate after inspection. Speedy & efficient throughout. New outdoor faucet/spigot is working great & no more leaks. Thank you!
