Set up appointment with them. They never showed or bothered to contact me. I contacted them regarding the missed appointment, they promised they would come the next day. Didn't bother to show up or contact me yet again. Terrible service. Dishonest. Untrustworthy. Do not recommend. They'll waste your time.

I was told this morning that I would get a call and it would be about 2 when he would get to it. Well, it's after 5 now, they are closed.... Not a word from them.

They came out and fixed a leak in our sink, since all it involved turned out to be tightening the drain, they didn't charge us! That was so nice. We will always call them from now on.

Doing business for 10 years with this guy. Fair price... Knowledgeable...truly an any time plumber. I like it when I can tell that the person I hired truly appreciates his customers and takes pride in his work. Would recommend him for any size job.

Called anytime plumbing for multiple problems. I have been in the rental business for over 25 years. Not only is his work beyond approach his labor rates are fair. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing repairs

We had a kitchen sink issue that I was preparing myself for a bill in the many hundreds of dollars. This group came out the same day as my phone call to check it out. They suggested a solution that I was not aware of, came back the next day and did the work…under $200! This is the group you need!

I have tried to get this guy to come out to my house 3 times now and it's a no show/no contact every single time. Had an appointment and his secretary called me and rescheduled for the next morning... no call/no show. Tried to call the number and it went straight to voicemail for 3 days... finally was able to contact her again and she said she hadn't even seen me on the schedule.... so rescheduled again for the next morning. Yet again, no call/no show. Called secretary and line is shut off and goes straight to voicemail, called business number and no answer.... I dont even think this is a real business at this point, and they have a fraud report on Yelp. Sad that I'm writing a review on someone who I havent even met, but if I can save someone else the headache. Ps take the amount of 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as about 6 of them are from him...

Joe was very quick and professional when replacing rusted out washer valves. In about an hours time, had come by and diagnosed the issue, went to buy parts, came back and completed the job. Quick and professional.

Coming from a military vet, Hans is an honest man. He does not cut corners and will make sure the job is done right. He is a veteran at what he does and I am glad to support his business. Dont hesitate, call Hans.

After several attempts to get Hans to do the right thing, I got a couple texts that he would be there to fix at least one of the 5 issues in 3 different houses. No show again. I would say 4 no shows. This company did several jobs for us before I knew they were not a quality company. They didnt GLUE sewer drain pipes they replaced. I'll post pics later. They will not respond to any of my calls or texts. The owner has an assistant with no plumbing skills. The owner stands around and has his assistant do most the work. Mostly he is unsupervised. The assistant makes big mistakes and the owner will charge the customer for them. For instance, on another job they were hired to fix a drain pipe and put in a clean out. Assistant cut the pipe incorrectly. The owner then asks us if we wanted the clean out. That's what he was hired to do. He charged us labor again as if it was a second job. So basically we would pay for the same job twice. I understand he is I'll, I have been too, but he says he hired new guys and now has an office. He wont show up or even adjust his bill. We ourselves have had to correct his jobs and it took several hours. Before I posted this I gave him 3 months to correct the issues.
He also I stalled tub handles that didnt fit. Didnt even go to the tub wall. After several attempts to get them to finish and correct errors. I get nothing no response. The tub knobs needed new inserts because they were stripped out and the screws he used didnt fit at all too long. The owner did the tub handles himself. They also were hired to clean the drain in same tub. After telling him several times that the tub is not draining correctly, he repeatedly stated that it was fine. The tub has to be plunged every time a shower is taken or the water just sits there. I was painting one house and they both continued to put filthy hand prints EVERYWHERE the ceiling access had to be painted 3 times. HAVE THEY EVER HEARD OF GLOVES. I got a couple text from the owner stating his assistant was costing him money. NO SH**. Seems like owner error is costing him money. It cost me money and lots of time. I have pictures and receipts people. All I can say is THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. Oh yeah, he also left chemicals at 2 different houses. I mean things you cant throw in the trash. Gave some to a tenant of mine said you have to wear a mask and it smokes up the room. By the way it's been since the beginning of December that I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing. RUN RUN RUN

I can't figure this guy out. Hired him a year ago to do some simple plumbing work for me. no show/no call 3 times. Hired someone else to do the work. He just did it again. Agreed to come do a simple repair. No show/no call. Won't return my call. Guess his labor is cheap for a reason. He is not reliable. Stupid me for thinking he would come do the work as agreed.

Anytime plumbing was there for me during a plumbing emergency. Responded quickly, diagnosed and fixed within 4 hours on a weekend! Highly recommend Hans Nemec, I will be using him for all my future plumbing needs! Great customer service!

I called Anytime Plumbing to tell them my sump pump had died. Knowing that rain was on the way very soon, the owner was genuinely and immediately concerned for our home. Even though his day was fully booked, he found a way to get here before the rain came pouring down. We're incredibly grateful for that level of care and concern. He and his assistant, Cortland, arrived exhausted...but never once complained, and got straight to work non-stop. Even beyond a perfect sump pump replacement, he pointed out a few other issues that were obviously not constructed well at all by former plumbers, and fixed all those as well. Anytime Plumbing will ALWAYS be my go-to plumber.

Hans was very kind and communicated well. He was prompt and had my problem fixed in a jiffy! He's reasonable in his prices and very knowledgeable. I will use again if the need ever arises.

He was very Nice, everyone else told me Monday or Tues he came over with in an hour. Took him less then 20min to unclog my tub an clean up. Very reasonable price mind you this happened Friday evening
So if you have any problem with plumbing he is your Guy.

Drain backed up late Saturday night. He was out promptly on Sunday morning. Took care of the problem in a timely and efficient manner. He gave us suggestions to solve the problem to keep it from returning. An awesome job - Thank you!

Hans was professional and affordable. Half the price of Korte with no extra charge for a Saturday! My hot water heater was leaking early in the morning. I called at 8 am and Hans worked us in that day. New water heater was installed and working by 3 pm. A+++++++

Called on Thursday night as our kitchen sink was plugged up. They came over on Friday morning. I had tried pans of boiling water, vinegar and baking soda and plungers. My son had used a 25 foot electric snake to no avail. The men from Anytime Plumbing had it fixed by the next afternoon. Turns out they had to put a 50 foot snake down the drain twice to get it cleared. Feel that the price was very reasonable. They did a great job for me, Highly recommend!

I called to discuss a scheduling mistake (made by the company) with Hans. He did not discuss with me at all. It was a one-sided conversation followed by him hanging up on me. I have never experienced a more unprofessional response when dealing with customer service or a business, and I was a director of operations for a company the past five years.

Hans came out on a Thursday, said he would be back with a part later that day. When he wasn't back after a couple of hours, there was communication and he scheduled to come back at 9 am, the next day, Friday.

Friday morning at 9:45, he was still not there. I call, he says "10:30". No problem. 10:30 comes and goes...I call, he says, "I just picked up the part. We will be there by 12 pm at the latest." 12 pm arrives and he still isn't there. So, I call and text Hans to re-schedule for Monday morning.

I have a text thread with Hans from Friday, where he says "we will be there" in response to a text from me asking about 9 am, on Monday. At 9:15 am Monday, I was called to let me know of the scheduling mistake referenced above. I simply said that we need him to be there by 10:30 am or we will go with someone else due to what happened Thurs/Fri, and that is what prompted the unprofessional response.

Took about 6 hours over a 2 day period but they got it opened! I'm a tiny bit frustrated that it went from being hair to grease when it's probably more like 58 years of crud however since I'm no plumber I just gotta accept it could be both.
All 4 men that came over to work on it were very nice, professional and determined to get the drain from hades opened. I'll use them again... hope I don't need to but if I do, I'll be requesting this company to come back!!
