These guys are currently here in the middle of a job & are tirelessly working to repair a slab leak-multiple leaks actually. And it’s not goin well for them due to the way our house was built. But they are very professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean and respectful of our home. We have 4 parrots and a German shepherd. And the noise level is making it difficult for them to pinpoint the sounds.. But they are great & I would absolutely recommend this company!! And I hope that from here on out they have better luck on the rest of our house searching for the leaks.. A+ MAN ..

I'm a new home owner and absolutely panicked when I discovered a leak. I was really worried about the cost. I called several other places before calling Northside, and they were the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called them. They got out here within a few hours, had it fixed fast, and the price was less than I expected. I will never call anyone else. Thanks, guys!

Stopped in just a few min ago as a customer looking for a pipe for our outside hose. Brought in our broken part to compare and found what we were looking for but it was too expensive so we left. As we were leaving an employee came out and started taking our license plate number. They assumed we stole from them because we left without purchasing their product. My husband got out and showed the man our broken part and explained we did not steal anything. It just got under my skin they were profiling and were going to actually start a process that would've caused us a lot of trouble for something they assumed without knowing. Very unprofessional and will NOT be recommending to anyone.

Have called Northside Plumbing several times for small projects and most recently for a large project. They were very responsive and helpful when setting up a time to come to the house. The workers were kind and courteous and, at the completion of the project, all the mess was cleaned!

We hired Northside to build out rough plumbing for sinks in a commercial space. They were very accommodating of our schedule and our processes, were communicative throughout the process and the final product turned out great. Thank you Chris and Steve and the whole team! You guys are awesome!

Here's how good these guys are. I walked in and held up a 2" long valve stem from 20' away. The guy rattled off the item number and asked how many I needed before I even made it to the counter. Saw the damage to the stem and suggested I replace the valve if at all possible to avoid a similar problem in the future.

Called North Side Plumbing for some water leaking through the ceiling into the basement. The plumber did not do a thorough job and stopped looking for causes once he found a crack in the garbage disposal. He was repeatedly told that the leak happened when the dishwasher ran. He failed to pull the dishwasher out and check for leaks. He just replaced the disposal and did not run the dishwasher. When he left, he said everything was OK. When we ran the dishwasher that evening, it created a tremendous flood into the basement. A manageable leak became extensive water damage. Northside has refused to accept any responsibility and actually blamed me and lied and said that I never mentioned the dishwasher at all. We are now looking at having to completely tear out part of the kitchen flooring and cabinets and all of the ceiling in one part of our basement and having to file an insurance claim when this could have been prevented. This is not how you should treat loyal customers.

I highly recommend Northside Plumbing, had a pipe near my sub pump that came loose from the clamp, water was gushing upward non stop.Had heavy rains today so pipe took its toll. Called & a tech was there in minutes, helped he was already in the area. All was fixed in a timely manner. My basement would have flooded if I would’ve had to wait hrs. before Northside Plumbing came to the rescue. Mark was my tech & very professional! I would give 100 stars if review aloud me to. Going to have more non emergency work done in near future.

After asking for only an inspection. The price given for was only $85. Upon arrival, the worker solely cut a 3 foot line out of the drywall to find the leak. And now they are asking for $415 for the labor to cut a 3 ft. Hole in my wall. Go somewhere else if you want an inspection

We had been without water at our home for 6 days. Other plumbers couldn't fix the main line to our house, but, when we called Northside, they were very confident they could get it done. They came by, worked their behinds off, and got the job done. My family is truly thankful for Northsides extremely professional, kind, and caring staff. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Called them to help me replace a tub faucet I couldn’t get to budge, they were able to remove it and put the new one on for me too. They also were able to look at and replace the leaking spout on my water heater. Matt was super knowledgeable and nice! I’ll definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues I have. Had my water heater and an old shower valve replaced. I called many times to get all my questions answered before scheduling, and whoever answered the phone was always willing to help and answer everything. The day of, the plumbers were great to work with, very professional and in and out in a timely fashion.

I had been in search of a plumber since January ‘24. Anyone I called was either “too busy” or just didn’t return my calls. Well Mark and Northside DID return my call.
They sent out a gentlemen named Gary to diagnose/assess the problem. I had a giant hole in a cast iron pipe in my 100 year old house!
Gary really talked about our options and shared his own stories about being a home owner and having issues. It felt comforting.
Fast forward to the other day…we thought when they were sending someone to fix it that it would be someone else. NOPE! It was Gary!! He fixed this giant problem in less than two hours!!!

I've only used Northside Plumbing a few times, but each time I do they save they day! Had a leak yesterday that I just couldn't figure out how to fix. Northside came out within a few hours, had it resolved in minutes and didn't charge me a small fortune. These guys are the best and they are truly experts in what they do.

Our water heater went out, and we called multiple places for quotes. One company wanted to charge us $100 to come out and 'diagnose' the problem. Multiple companies wouldn't even give us an estimate without first coming to our house, and some gave us a bit of a run around. We knew exactly what needed to be done, and North Side was a straight shooter from the first phone call. They answered our questions, gave us a quote, and got us on the schedule the NEXT DAY! The two men that came to our house were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They will be our first and only phone call next time we need a plumber. I also love that our best option is a local company! Keep doing what you're doing NSP&H!!! In a world of terrible customer service, you are a breath of fresh air!
