We had a plumbing emergency at our house so I called Roto-Rooter. Rob came out and was very professional. He took time to take pictures and give us an initial assessment. I would definitely call Rob again!

Dakota was awesome and very nice! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I appreciate everything he did to help us!

Roto-Rooter was just great! We called and they arrived within 20 minutes. Tomas attempted to resolve the problem but it appeared it was more involved and required additional work. Matt came out the next day and a proposal was offered and the work began the following morning. The problem was found quickly requiring less work than expected. This was good news and looking forward to a revised cost of repairs. Tomas and Rob treated this as more than a job and wanted to resolve this dilemma. They were very professional and friendly and understood all of my concerns. A neighbor had used this company as well and recommended them. I agree and would recommend this company to everyone that has a need for their services. The problem is resolved and it was done very quickly. How could you ask for more?

They came out quickly and fixed the leaking spigot. Quick and efficient, a little over priced though. $107 for parts and total amount paid was $444 and they were only there for maybe an hour. Overall great service just a little pricey.

Its such a delight having Rob came in and fixed the clogged draining. Very professional and knows exactly what hes doing. What a blessing he is💕🙏😀🌸

Unfortunately this company has gone down. I have a property which had a bathroom leak, I scheduled roto rooter to come take a look. They charged $190 for appointment which I said I will pay. As soon as plumber came to door, he said pay me the $190 which we paid then he left after 10 minutes. I contacted the company to ask them what happened and they said we will give you a written estimate. They sent the written estimate after many calls just to tell me that they will charge $2500 to open up the ceiling and take a look. So the $190 was paid for nothing.

I asked Northside Plumbing to come take a look after seeing this horrendous estimate and their service person was able to come take a look and suggest another company to fix the bathtub which was fixed for $350 and no further leak.

Unfortunately the bigger companies spend most of their money advertising and they recoup the cost from customers. Will never use again.

When you’re a brand new homeowner the last thing you expect is to have to deal with major plumbing repairs. Unfortunately, things happen beyond your control but thankfully Roto-Rooter helped save my home. I had an outdoor spigot freeze over winter and cause extensive water damage to my basement. I am so thankful I called Roto-Rooter. Their scheduling process was quick and they were able to assess the damage within the timeframe I needed. Everyone at Rotor-Rooter was professional, respectful, and truly treated my home with care. Chad, Aaron, Anthony, Joel, and the team went above and beyond to keep me updated with the plumbing project, took the time to explain the situation every step of the way, and even took extra measures to ensure my home stayed cleaned from the equipment. This company not only fixed my major water issue, but went above and beyond every day they were here. If you need any type of repair, Roto-Rooter has your back!

Roto- rooter has been helpful on so many occasions. Today, they were timely even as it was a Sunday morning. Rob was so kind and explained how to combat the roots from trees moving forward! Great service!

Worked with roto-rooter before. They have been polite, answer my questions and explain what they are going to do before starting the work. The gentleman that came today worked to solve my drain issue and did fix it without as much expense and issue then another company quoted me. Thanks again!

I am very pleased with the work. That I received from both plumbing and restoration. I will recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again. They were honest with me from the beginning. Unlike another company that came before them and made the situation worse.

Very unhappy with the service I received and I will never use Roto Rooter again. Charged me for an incomplete job. They don’t keep any kind of records on customers to look back and see what the last technician did at the pier visit. I feel like the technician just didn’t want to do his job or was looking to make more money than he already stole from me. The technician also had a very fowl mouth and my kids were home and heard his nasty language! Shameful very shameful!!! I didn’t see any video of the drain clean out and the 2 options I was offered they were another $400-$500 on top of the $330 I already paid for a service that had been done 2 years prior by the same company and those technicians had no problem. This technician just seemed like he didn’t want to listen and do his job. As for the technician’s nasty language around my kids, my kids don’t lie when it comes to things like that. This will be the last time Roto Rooter is called to my home for anything, they are thieves if you ask me!!!!

They did a wonderful job. Went right to the source after 3 other companies never took care of the job. I am out of $2000 for bad plumbing services. Thanks for giving me good tips on how to maintain my drains and thanks for taking care of me. We definitely would referr using this company.

Nick was very informative and let us know what he was doing and why. Every step of the way he let me know why this specific item needed done. He made sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire process. Very friendly and amazing. 10/10 I would definitely recommend rotorooter to my family and friends because of Nick.

Friendly service! Quick , efficient service and didn’t have to wait forever on a technician to come inspect what was going on. They even called a week later to make sure things were still going well. 10/10 will continue to recommend this company over & over again !

I needed my sewer line cleaned out immediately. After calling 3 other places there was no availability. I then called Roto Rooter and was greeted by a very friendly person who stated they had availability and could send a person right out. Approximately 30 minutes later the truck pulled into my driveway and Trae introduced himself he asked me a few questions and started fixing my issue. After about 45 minutes he asked me to flush and turn on the shower. Presto everything was working as normal. We are always quick to write bad reviews, but this time I want to brag about the fantastic service I received from start to finish. Trae answered all my questions and was very respectable. I am sorry that I dd not get the name of the person who scheduled me but I was in a panic and after he said he could help that was my immediate concern. THANK YOU ROTO ROOTER FOR BEING A GREAT ASSET TO FORT WAYNE AREA. I WILL ALWAYS CALL YOU FOR MY NEEDS.

Called on a Sunday morning to report water pouring out of my water heater. Rob was here by noon. Installed a new water heater. OMG we couldn't be happier. days before Christmas.

I would actually give 4.5 stars. They really helped when we had a blocked outer drain and had water backup in our basement. They only lose a half star because they didn't offer any discounts, nor did they honor roto rooter coupons I found online. Great job from office staff to workers and managers. 👏👏👏

Rob and his crew did an excellent job in excavating and replacing part of our sewer line. They finished the job quicker than I expected, and for less than the proposal's (NTE) estimated amount. Also they were helpful and courteous to listen and advise my neighbor who stopped by, who was experiencing similar sewer troubles. We feel like we have a relationship of trust with RR employee Rob, since he's almost always assigned to calls to our house, and has always served us fairly and competently over more than a decade.

We had our water heater go out on us and Rob was able to make it out and replace it for us, we have used this company before and would highly recommend. Rob made sure to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend for others to use!
