I cannot say enough great things about the amazing and exceptional service I received. When City Utilities replaced a Neptune meter and extinguished the pilot light on my water heater, the service team responded quickly and professionally to make sure everything was taken care of without delay.

What truly stood out was the education and guidance I received from the service staff over the phone. They clearly explained that the Neptune meter was the responsibility of the City of Fort Wayne—not mine—which potentially saved me from a costly and unnecessary expense. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and greatly appreciated.

To make things even better, the service staff called ahead to let me know they were available to arrive earlier than scheduled. Within minutes of their arrival, the issue was resolved, the pilot light was relit, and everything was back to normal.

Prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly customer-focused—this is exactly the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Our technician showed up and got right to work. He kept us updated with everything he was doing and took every precaution to avoid tracking dirt in. He had our toilet unstopped in just a couple of minutes. Great service.

Although my service request was outside of normal business hours, on Sunday, that warranted addtional costs, sometimes it is worth it. Case, our technician, arrived later than scheduled, but another customer's need required more time and he was nearby. Honestly, just having him arrive and complete the work within a short amount of time just before the holidays was well worth it. The guarantee and check back within the next few days was also reassuring. He provided additional information regarding other work we envisioned, so we are very satisfied.

I appreciate that Mr Rooter was open during the weekend to solve the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. Ben was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. He made sure to explain everything he was doing so I felt comfortable with the service. I will use Mr Rooter again.

A great company to ask for help advice from. I have been using them for 3 years and keep calling them for more plumbing issues. Started with a toiler and now have had a water line for a refrigerator and 2 vanity’s later and they are still on the top of my list to call. Great work and they get it done right the first time.

We have had a couple of plumbing issues the past several months the and both times had Mr. Rooter come out and fix them. They were able to get a technician out quickly who was able to quickly assess the issue explain what was wrong and how to fix it and fix it quickly for a fair price.
Special shout out to the home office with excellent customer service and keeping us up to date on when we could expect the technician to arrive and to Jake who was our technician both times and did a fantastic job!

First of all, Brian was great! Showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Explained to me a potential problem and gave me an estimate for that problem.
I trusted him and I very rarely do that to service people that come in my home. He’s very personable, professional, and solved my emergency on a Sunday quickly. I had called several places that day and that was the cheapest Sunday rate that I was given. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Fantastic customer service. The only plumbing place in Fort Wayne without a voice response unit with multiple levels. Got to a live person (Tina) right away and the tech came out in an hour or so. Brian Waszczak is the best. Knows his stuff, explains it patiently, and is very focused on customer satisfaction. He did a great job with my water heater and a couple of plumbing issues in the bathroom in a short time. Got the parts needed immediately and worked on stuff right away and kept me informed on what he was doing and why all the time. They are competitive on price with other providers and superb on service. Thank you for a job well done !!

I had a leak in sink/shower copper drain line going to sewer in my crawlspace. Called Mr Rooter and someone was on site within an hr, EXCELLENT service. Fair price. Faulty pipe elbow/area replaced quickly and well done-no leaks now. Not to mention the space constraints. Andrew did a fantastic job. I recommend and will not hesitate to use again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Brian Waszczak and Mr. Chris Frye. They were very knowledgeable when it came down to diagnosing our issue and the cost was extremely reasonable for the fix. They were also very trustworthy and honest. But kept me well informed every with every step. I'll definitely be using them for any future needs from here on out.
