From start to finish Mr. Rooter is easy and pleasant to work with and they do great work. A friendly person answers when you call, not an automated phone system! The technician who came today (Brian) is awesome at fixing and explaining things. He told me what preventative measures I can take to avoid future issues. A fantastic family owned business that cares about their customers and does their best work. I highly recommend.

I’m truly disappointed in this company for charging my elderly parents $413 to do 10 min of work by installing a $10 compression valve for their dishwasher. They didn’t even solder the pipe, then told them they would tighten the water shut off valve as a “courtesy”.

Cade White was on time, professional, thorough, and very friendly. I give him five stars.

Jake came out and fixed the train wreck of a kitchen plumbing. The original plumbing was all wrong, so not only did he get everything working correctly, he gave us tips and tricks on how to maintain them. He was super cool to talk to also. You’re in good hands with Jake.

My Dad called about our serious plumbing issue in my backyard.... within 24 hours, Ben & Kade arrived and provided exceptional 5 star service! They both went above & beyond to make sure our plumbing problem was resolved properly before leaving. You could tell they both truly cared about getting the job done right! 100% recommend the company and those two gentlemen!

Brian was very knowledgeable about putting in all 3 toilets. I could trust him doing the job. He gave me options that other plumbers wouldn't. The best part was that there was no charge to come out to give estimate. He knew I was on a time crunch, he professionally with efficiency took old toilets out Showed me what went bad. When he installed them he allowed me to watch and learn. I'm going to spread the word !

I was not able to get a hold of my usual plumber in a timely manner and we had gone for quite a while without a clothes washer. Tyler, the Mr. Rooter plumber, who came out today great job of figuring out the various ways of fixing our problem. We ended up choosing, unfortunately, the most expensive way, but it was the best way to solve the problem and make sure the problem doesn’t come back anytime soon. This company does a real nice job of being responsive, communicating well, and having pretty predictable pricing.

Called Mr Rooter on Monday and they were out the next day on Tuesday. My tech Brian was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond what I believe would have been what I called for. He made sure he let me know every step and cost before proceeding. Replaced my mom’s toilet that had been installed since 1953. I would recommend Mr Rooter and tech Brian!!! Thank you 🙏🏽

It was the first time I have used Mr. Rooter and was absolutely thrilled with how fast they were able to get someone out. Brian fixed everything wonderfully and on top of it explain every step of the process to me clearly. I will absolutely be calling again if any more issues arise!

I had water coming out of my drain in my basement with a very foul odor. Within the time of call to time the technician showed up it was not even 3 hours. They were upfront on pricing before they did anything. Tyler came in, found and solved the issue in less than an hour of being there. Highly Recommend!

I was having an exhausting issue with a leak and a very troubling faucet. My technician was prompt, courteous and very patient. The faucet was not cooperating like it should so the boss came out. The short story: the problem was resolved and all the effort appreciated. Thank you guys.

We had a big job that needed done, they had it done in 2 days! They were very professional and very nice! Jake was outstanding, he explained things exactly how they were done and why he had to do things a certain way! We will definitely be using these guys again!

We have rather costly repairs needed and you could feel they understood the situation. They clearly outlined options and were respectful in every way. They have a small-town feel. Also, they were wonderful with our pets!

I'm blown away. We had a pretty major issue and our normal plumbing company couldn't get here so I had to try Mr Rooter and hope for the best. I got more than I paid for. Brian the service professional was outstanding from the first handshake. After assessing the problem Brian immediately got to work. Within the first 20 minutes I came back to find my daughter whom we adopted recently sitting behind him watching and Brian was explaining carefully and in detail what he was doing and why. My daughter has learning issues but she was able to understand everything Brian was explaining. I am not a soft person but I almost broke down. My daughter came from some of the worst neglect I'd ever heard of and Brian treated her like family. His patience was amazing. The work he did was outstanding, even given the extra time with my daughter it was done quickly. I'm blown away. I'm not calling anyone else from now on. This was the definition of going above and beyond.

I can't say enough good about our experience. We had a very elusive plumbing problem, and they worked until they figured it out. We also had a very tight deadline for the work to be done, and they worked their schedule to accommodate our timeline. Technicians were personable and knowledgeable.

I used Mr. Rooter for my problem. Joe came out and encountered a terrible problem. Both toilets were backed up and both tub and shower were backed up. Couldn’t find a trap anywhere on my property so he had to do it from the inside, which was really, really hard. But he persevered and got the job done! I was really pleased with how he didn’t give up and kept trying different methods to get my toilets unclogged. I definitely would use Joe again, very pleased with how he kept trying and didn’t give up!

Very pleased with the service we received, had a backflow issue that was quickly resolved. Cade was fantastic to work with and addressed all concerns we had about the work being done and was pleasantly casual, but professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.
