We just had our first experience with a flood in our home. We put in a call to Roto Rooter, first time ever, and we can’t say enough good about them. Our job required considerable demolition of walls and floors. Tony and Andrew worked their tails off during some of the hottest temperatures of the summer without any a/c. What initially seemed like a relatively small job kept growing as they tore things up and found more water damage. We are so thankful that they persisted until all signs of damage were removed. They were courteous, thorough, careful, organized, communicative and trustworthy. The cleanup each day was also excellent.
Meanwhile, Chad took care of a lot of the communications with our insurance company taking much of that fearful burden off of us. He was always available for answering questions or resolving problems, both for us and our insurance company.
The plumber who took care of the source of the problem, Joel, was prompt and thorough and just a real nice person. It took more than one visit to resolve the issue but Roto Rooter honored their guarantee and did not charge us for returning.
We want to thank the whole team for making what could have been a nightmare more of a reassuring journey through a pretty damaging event. We can confidently give them an A+ recommendation.

Emergency call with a blown line with our washer that burst the rusted copper end. Called in the evening of the big snowstorm that was enveloping our area. Recalled first thing in the morning, sent pictures of the affected pipe, the plumber was there within 2 hrs, 15 minutes later we’re good to go and at a cheaper emergency Sunday price than I thought! I was having problems with my sewer beginning to run slow and back up. Rob came out the very next morning, ran the auger and did video to see what was up. It was a pretty cold day but he didn't seem bothered at all. He stayed on task, got the job done, explained what had happened and why. I had a complicated sink repair that involved a leaking, failing drain line in the wall and a plugged drain! Nick was absolutely the best, he was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked through the repair! I called Roto Rooter to come fix my water heater, and scheduled service. The day off the repair, the technician calls me and says they don't repair water heaters over 8 years old, mine is 12. Plus their service charge just to come out is $125. So I called Korte, and they gladly said they would come out, and their service fee is only $98. I will never call Roto Rooter for anything again.

Called Roto rooter out for a blocked sewer pipe that a previous company could not get cleared .Tomas showed up today on time and was very professional walked me through all the options I had and was very knowledgeable. He was able to clear the block and even went above to make sure everything was taken care of . Absolutely amazing service! I experienced a sewer issue while I was out of town and was feeling very stressed, especially since my original appointment was several days away. The team called me back promptly, let me know they had a same-day cancellation, and made sure a technician was sent out right away. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, recommending annual cleaning of the sewer floats as a preventative measure and taking the time to show me how to do it. Outstanding customer service from start to finish!
