His quote was free and a much more reasonable price for replacement than other local companies. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Fort Wayne area. Mr Rockwood helped me find a supplier for the new toilet I needed. (My choice to purchase myself). He scheduled and installed within 2 days of notification. The area was clean and neat when job completed. Toilet functions very well.

We can't say enough good things about David and Tyler! We had a list of plumbing needs that we wanted to get checked off and they were great with coming out and giving us an estimate and getting us scheduled right away. Super nice guys and it's evident that David is very knowledgeable in all things plumbing related. They were here for a couple of days putting in a new well pressure tank, filter system, 2 new water heaters, a toilet, a gas line and changed out a few outdoor spickets. He went over everything when they were done and answered a few other questions for us.
We really try to use local experts when possible, and Rockwood was a GREAT find for us! Cannot recommend them enough!

David came and gave me an estimate six months ago. I finally saved enough money for my repair. I was fully expecting him to rework the quote and adjust the price due to rising prices on everything. He honored his original quote.

Once he started the repair it was discovered that the job is more intensive than originally thought. He is very good at communicating what is happening while he is working and was very good at coming up with a solution to my very specific problem.

We hired Rockwood Plumbing to cap off a gas line and remove an old natural gas grill. David was professional and knowledgeable. The entire experience was excellent at a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Rockwood Plumbing. David came to our house, early, to give us a quote for replacing the water heater,. The quote was very reasonable and we accepted it. He was able to do the replacement the same day, actually working till 5:30PM to get it done.

Wesley was my service technician and did an amazing job. I like to learn any problems I have with my home for myself to educate myself before calling the professionals. Mainly to see if it’s something I can do on my own. This job was not one of those instances. When sharing what I found, Wesley appreciated I looked into the issue before hand and told me if I was wrong or right in my diagnose and why. Extremely grateful for the service and I would definitely recommend.

Amazing company! Very honest, great communication! They squeezed me in and ended up coming out and diagnosing the problem, we needed a very minor repair (that we ended up fixing) and they didn’t even charge us for the trip out! Not very many companies will do that now days. I’ll definitely use them for anything else that comes up plumbing related and reccomend them to anyone I know!
