Had them for two jobs one was a few years ago, the other very recent. Polite, quick, came right away. One job was very simple and he even suggested a product to use next time instead of calling. Other job was much bigger and it took a lot of effort and hard work and it worked out in the end. Will definitely continue to use this company.

I called anytime plumbing with issues with my whirlpool water heater. At the time I had no hot water. I called other companies they couldn't get me in for several week's.,
and one company didn't return my call at all. Anytime Plumbing put in a new water heater the next morning . They were very friendly and was on time. The charge for installation was very responsible . I recommend this company to anyone.

Good work at fair prices. Hans was our go-to plumber when I managed an apartment complex. Drain or other plumbing issues, he could fix them all. If there were unexpected complications, he always explained the problem and what it would take to fix it before doing the work. I have also use him for work at my house. Nice to have someone I can trust.

I was very pleased with the service Anytime Plumbing provided for my family. I was shocked that the price was even lower than originally quoted. They were an honest and reliable team that showed up to work, did the job and did it right. We'll definitely be keeping their number in our preferred services list.

Anytime plumbing is very good. Hans and crew fixed an emergency leak within an hour after I called. Hans diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the issue. Very reasonable priced and professional. My go to plumber from now on.

Called in to get a repair when my basement flooded. They responded quick, tore up my yard, then delay after dely for a month and a half, meanwhile we were not hooked up to a sewer. I get that you can't control weather, but weather alone didn't cause this. Poor equipmentand personnel management did. Never make the same mistake I did. Call anyone else

BABIES LEFT WITH OUT A BATHROOM:
Sadly this guy just was not professional in any way. When we spoke on the 7th of this month he advised me of some bad business with maintenance companies but after a short discussion and my ability to pay by credit card he agreed to take care of my emergency for a preschool day care ASAP.

over a week later I had not heard from him for payment or updates and emailed him (no response) I called to ask about the job and he stated he never got my email but if I sent it I would get service after he received it.

I also made sure to text the address as he stated he did not receive this either.

He then asked a question via my Work order system did not bother to call and asked if i wanted this today. ( it was an emergency over 1 week ago) he also advised me that no work would be done terms.

When i called to discuss he was rude and stated he would not do terms due to past experiences, I reminded him this is why we are paying cc till he was comfortable as per our previous discussion.
I tried to let him know we wouldn't be able to use the cc unless he wanted to agree to terms but he cut me off yelling and telling me if I was going to request terms I could find someone else.

I explained that as it was a week later and this was an emergency I had wished he told me this earlier and he cut me off again screaming stating I better find someone else for my emergency at a preschool.

What kind of business man acts in this manner in stead of being honest and stating he is just not comfortable ?

Left babies hanging for days, I thought this job was complete and with one excuse after another he put off telling me no.

Hans at Anytime Plumbing is by far the most honest and efficient plumber in Fort Wayne. I received a quote from another plumber that was more than double what Anytime ended up charging. Hans is personable and honest. He works quickly and treats you like a priority.

You will not regret working with him.

Set up 3 water heaters to replace at 2 addresses.. job was cancelled a few times.. kept being told tomorrow it would be done.. so end of week repair cancelled then moved to Monday for sure they said.. His assistant called off and he moved till Tuesday.. Tuesday cancelled for weather but roads good by afternoon. Wednesday was supposed to come and I was told he had a dental issue. Thursday promised to be there and couldn't find house. When I tried to send a map and pictures or home as no number on home... secretary said Hans was disgusted and going home. Then they did say they found home but no door unlocked. Secretary was rude and wouldn't listen to my directions and apparently this man has a short temper wen thinks go wrong. I asked secretary if they were going to second address and no response. I got someone different since I waisted a whole week on this guy and still no water heaters ever installed in that time. My guess they didn't even look for house or y would he turn around and head an hour back without doing the work and making the money. Prepare yourself for a bunch of drama and excuses and ur lucky to get any work done just time waisted and no hot water while u wait. I Dontt recommend

Hans is the man!! He has been the one I call for the past 5 years! Always professional and punctual. He comes and gets the job done every time, without any excuses. He calls back to make sure everything is working correctly and has never had to come fix a job he's completed. Highly recommended....I am updating this because I recently had to call Hans. And of course he didn't disappoint. He went above and beyond and got the job done

Would NOT recommend this company. Wanted to charge us $3000-5000 to dig into our concrete basement for a clog caused by tree roots that another company knocked out in a couple hours.

The techs that came out worked hard to try and figure out why our main drain pipe was backing up into our basement, and after spending hours snaking the indoor and outdoor cleanouts over and over they decided to get a more powerful machine to see if that would clear the blockage but said it would be about 2 hours before it would become available. After a couple hours I called the office to ask when they would be back and she said they were on their way. They did not arrive for another hour.
After doing the same with the more powerful machine and not getting anywhere, they finally called someone else (Joe) to come help and he concluded there was a solid blockage of some sort that would require them to break into the concrete in our basement to remove. They couldn't tell from the cameras what it was because there was dirty water clouding their view. This was on a Friday, and they said they would call me Monday morning to come out and get started on it.
The third guy that came out, Joe, was helpful and communicative, but he had to clean up after the other 2 because they didn't clean up the gunk they had pulled out of the pipes and left on our lawn and they were not very communicative with me throughout their time at my home. They also walked through my kitchen and carpeted basement stairs with wet, muddy boots and now the carpeting is stained with mud.
Come Monday morning, an hour after they opened I had yet to receive a call (they said this would be an all day project), so I called the office. They did not know who had been sent out and asked me the names of the guys, and they then called Joe to let him know to call me. I got a call about a half hour later and they said they'd be at my house at 10. 10:30 they had still yet to arrive and I had not received a call notifying me that they were running late or apologizing (also keep in mind we had not been able to use any water or sewer in our house since this began on Thursday). I called Joe to cancel and he just said "ok," and said goodbye, he did not ask for any explanation as to why.
The positive is that they did stay all day Friday trying to figure it out and only charged me for cleaning through the outdoor cleanout, however when we called a different company to have them come take a look they were able to figure out that the blockage was due to tree roots and after water jetting the pipes everything is back to normal. They were also able to find and show us a spot where there is some minor displacement between a couple pipes under our house due to tree roots; not sure how Anytime missed that. So we basically paid $275 for this company to do an incomplete job. I'm glad we saved several thousand dollars by getting a second opinion.

Overall experience was pretty bad. I understand things come up and sometimes techs run late, but I had to initiate all communication to figure out what was going on and although the office staff was kind and tried to be helpful, she didn't even seem to know where any of the techs were either.
I know lots of other people have had good experiences with this company, and that's great, but unfortunately our experience is that they caused us an incredible amount of stress and anxiety throughout an already stressful situation. We were unable to feel a sense of confidence in their knowledge, integrity, and ability due to these experiences.

Hans returned my call on Sunday. I sent him a picture of the issue and he sent me a quote. He was booked solid for today (Monday) but said he would be out if he finished early. Then texted later that our problem was a priority so he was sending out one of his coworkers. Joe arrived early. Super professional. Did cost more than originally quoted but only because he had to buy supplies and pour concrete. Still, super reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Hans has provided my wife and I with exceptional service at a fair and honest price. We have used him for clearing out a backed up drain last year, as well as most recently replacing our 30 year old water heater. He gets the job done and is very professional. I would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs. He's also easy to talk too and is a overall good guy. Check him out.

Hans was so helpful to use in our time of need. He went above and beyond to help us. Came out on a Saturday and back on Sunday. He stressed he would get us hot water as he did. So thankful for him and his crew to get us going. He was super kind and polite to us. Hard to find kind professional men like this. I would recommend his service to anyone.

In the time it took Hans and Sal to drain, remove and replace my leaking water heater, I would have been lucky just to disconnect and drag my old one out of the house! And that included chasing down some additional parts and hauling away the old heater. Service was quick and thorough, reasonably priced and my bill was clearly itemized. Nice people to deal with. Next plumbing job that I can't handle, Anytime Plumbing will be my first call.

Super responsive with a quick turn around time for service. I’m in the process of moving to Fort Wayne from the East Coast and the house I’m moving into needed some TLC. I called because we noticed our main water shutoff was not working. The pipe connecting it was also kinked in several places, reducing flow. I spoke with Joe, and he offered a clever solution using some copper crimp fittings, a ball valve, and some PEX. He arrived with perfect timing. The city closed the street shutoff and Joe got it done clean and fast! Very reasonable price as well. Thanks so much Joe! Would highly recommend AnytimePlumbing!
