This place is a rip off not professional at all how you look at my washer tell me what the problem is but turn around and say it might not work and no refunds than tells me to find somebody else after I paid 90 just for you to look underneath. Definitely don’t recommend

Negative 5 Stars.....I had the worst experience with this man and his company, he trampled through my grass. Wiped his feet on my carpet... in a very unprofessional manner after finding out he didn’t accept checks I told him he could get started while I went out to the card to get my debit card he stated I ain’t starting anything til I get paid. Paid the man then he unprofessionally asked to use my bathroom... looked at my fridge for five minutes and said call Samsung... uhm if my fridge was still under warranty I would’ve called them. But my warranty ended in 2017. He kept the $125 deductible and told me to basically deal with it.... I kicked him out and he told me “ F” off.... what professional does that...never ever again

Texted him in the morning to repair our ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator. He was able to come out same day and repaired it. Will definitely be using him again.

Allen was very professional and courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable on his craft and was able to give me a solution to my refrigerator issue in no time

Allen is great and honest !! He repaired my washer 12 years ago and today he repaired my washer again.great job.i will only be using him for all my repairs.frauds got ripped off by Angie's list and home adviser the people are frauds.if you need work call Allen for sure.!!!

Sun Appliance Repair has served my appliances a few times. Always on time and VERY PROFESSIONAL! Because of the GREAT SERVICE, I always request this company when i need a service repair. I've had other companies to come out, but they were not as reliable as far as time given for arrival, along with leaving a mess in my home.

Allen quickly came to my home and ordered the necessary part to fix my fridge. The part was expected to arrive in 7 to 10 days, but came in 2 days. Allen replaced the part, fridge fixed, everything cool, wife happy!

Sun Appliance Repair was Very informative on the refrigerator that needed to be repaired. He gave me options and recommended that sometimes it’s just more cost effective to just get a new refrigerator. In this case I just had it repaired according to my budget. Will be investing in a new refrigerator in the future. He also educated me on what appliance brands were better in his opinion. My personal experience was a great one.

Liars. Repair person was supposed to come to my home but called and made accusations about my issue then reported that to insurance company. Never looked at the appliance. You spoke about what possible happened. Your response alone is unprofessional.

I thought my washing machine needed repair or replacement; smelled burning and spin cycle did not remove water.

Repairman Allen Mohamed checked motor, connections and reset timer. He secured drain hose which spewed water in all directions as he re-checked wash, spin and drain cycles. His analysis was that the machine was ok, maybe some lint had became clogged and now came out when he turned on rinse cycle; told me to remove lint trap on the end of the drain hose.
It is RARE that a serviceman will say that no repair is needed!

Thank you for coming out of your way over 1.5 hours to service my unit . In addition you attempted to troubleshoot over the phone even though you said you don’t travel that far. I am elated that you took the time and walked in told me immediately what was wrong and repaired it right there . I had to tip you because of of the time you spent giving me tips on maintaining my machines. You saved me thousands of dollars .You even waited until my husband came home to explain how he should physically maintain it !! Kudos to a job well done .

Was here within the hour of my first call. Had to replace a part, got said part and came back the same day to fix the washer. He was super polite and nice and I'll definitely call again if I have any other appliance issues. Thanks again.

I texted on a Sunday, thinking someone would respond on Monday. To my surprise, I received an email the same day from Allen Muhammad. He came out the next day and got my washer back up and running. He was knowledgeable about what was needed and repaired it pretty quick. I would use their services again, if needed.
