Allen was polite, knowledge, and punctual. Professional in every way. He was one of three recommended by LG Repair service center. I will definitely call him again when in need of repair. Price was also good in my opinion.

Mr. Allen was able to resolve my dryer issues the same day, he was more reasonable in price than the big companies like sears home repair, and was upfront about everything that needed to be done.

Very friendly man, but not too sure about his integrity. I was having trouble with my 5yr old LG refrigerator/freezer keeping things frozen. I called several appliance repair places to get someone to come look at it but not many places want to service LG or Samsung. Allen from Sun Appliance said he will come over and take a look at it but there would be $125 service fee that can be applied towards the cost of the repair. He came during the time frame he said. He came in, opened the refrigerator and freezer doors, looked inside, closed them, and said he can't fix it because it's the compressor. I asked him if he was sure it was the compressor and he said he was positive it was the compressor because I would have ice and frost built up on the inside if it was the coils. He gave me an entire explanation about LG's compressor warranty and how LG is still a good brand to purchase, then he charged the $125 for nothing, and left. My boyfriend came over the next day, vacuumed and cleaned all the dirt and dust in the back by the coils and the freezer has been working perfectly ever since, it even made ice. I wouldn't recommend Allen, he didn't make any attempts to fix it and charged the $125 service call regardless. To me, that's not honest practice.

Prompt, reliable, & courteous service! I completed the online form requesting service late Monday night, was contacted Tuesday, and was scheduled for a repair appt for the next day on Wednesday. Allen arrived during the scheduled window of time. He repaired my LG front loader washing machine. He also contacted me later that evening just to confirm the machine was working correctly. Will definitely call him again if we need further service on our LG washer or our LG refrigerator.

I reached out to Allen YESTERDAY and he was available today. He was able to replace the igniter on our stove and it's working good as new! His service was great, and his fees are fair and affordable! I will definitely be utilizing his service again when needed!

The water line to our office refrigerator was leaking, so I called Sun Appliance Repair and Allen responded. He came out right away, and he was able to find and repair the leak. Then the next day I had a separate issue with the ice maker in the same refrigerator, Allen responded again right away and figured out the problem. Having him come out for repairs of a refrigerator was well worth it. Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly it is job in a timely manner. Did not have the part on board to fix the job the first time no one has all the parts you need on board most of the time. When he came back with the part few days later the job was done and the refrigerator has been working fine since. I recommend him to anyone who needs repairs done on appliances. He showed up an hour early than what was planned to help which we really appreciated. He looked at our fridge figured out the issue very quickly and got the part and I had a fixed fridge within a hour. Will definitely be calling again.

My refrigerator needed a door replaced. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in after being ordered. Allen kept me updated while waiting for the door to arrive, and as soon as it did, he came and replaced it. He was professional and friendly. Mr.Allen was very prompt answering my text, he did the work so fast and he explained how to care for my oven now that it's fixed. Mr. Allen even gave me recommendations on how to fix my ice maker by changing the filter. He could he charged me to fix this. I will be using and recommending Mr. Allen and Sun Appliance Repair!!

The gentleman by the name of Mr Allen (I do believe that was his name don’t quote me) came to my home and fixed my stove after three different people came and did not fix my stove correctly. Not only did he get my oven to working again his customer care and service was top notch. He was in and out, no long waiting period.

Texting really is the fastest way to contact him. I got a fast response, he was out within a few hours, and fixed my fridge/freezer problem quickly. Luckily he's one of the few people in my area who can service my freezer. He's super friendly but still professional, and his prices are very reasonable. This was my second time calling him, the first was for my oven which again, fast response, out quickly, and fixed the issue with no problem. I recommend this place all day every day and will definitely call back for any appliance repair I need! Thank you!

Mr. Allen (owner) was amazing! I called him around 10:00am to repair my Kenmore washer (8yrs) it was not draining all of the water from the clothes inside of the drum. Mr. Allen stated he would try to be here if possible today between 1-3 pm. He arrived at 12:00 pm (same day service) Great! Mr. Allen wasted no-time finding the issue (new drain pump),explaining my best options, and assisting me in making the best decision. The pump was replaced immediately and my washer is working just like it's new. He is very knowledgeable with years of experience. I will definitely use him again without any hesitation in the future. I had a problem with my washer and had another company out to fix it. After problems with the other company, i had him come out and look at the washer. He came right out.
