My LG refrigerator had an error code and the ice maker stopped working. Owner (repair man) was on time, went straight to work. Once he completed the repair, he gave me good advice regarding my ice maker. He explained how important it is to change the water filter yearly. He even gave me the part number and told me where I could purchase the part!!! Thanks you so much.

Allen was assigned to us by an extended warranty plan insurance company. We did not know of him before, but we were very happy with him. He was very responsive, listened carefully to our concerns with the clothes dryer was able to fix it by identifying and replacing the worn out rollers. That might sound easy but its not. He had to take apart 1/2 the dryer and remove the entire drum and he was so very meticulous and careful with all the parts and pieces to make sure nothing was lost or damaged in the process. He thoroughly cleaned all the burnt rubber and debris, replaced the roller wheel, and explained how to prevent the problem in the future (No more drying comforters!). He tested the unit, made sure I was happy and did not any other questions or concerns and even sent a text the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. I had done 6 loads by then and YES IT WAS WORKING GREAT!

My top load Samsung washing machine, that is only 2 years old, went out. Looked online for service technicians, and Sun appliances repair, had good reviews. So I scheduled online, which was easy and convenient. You can see availability so you can coordinate with your schedule. The technician came on time, was nice and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and he had parts readily available. Price was right. After he repaired the machine, he took the step to contact me later, to make sure the machine was working correctly. I highly recommend.

The fan apparently went out and freezer was running very warm on Labor Day. Had scheduled warranty repair through Lowe's for the following Monday but Allen triaged and came the very next day with the right parts and had it running correctly within the hour. So grateful! Allen from Sun Appliance was very professional and courteous, he was a man of few words but did a great job. I thought the price was fair. I will definitely call them if I have any future repair needs.

This is my second service with Allen. I sent a text last night when I noticed my appliance issue. I received a response early the next morning. I was lucky enough to get squeezed in same day and my service was quick, easy, and pleasant. He also took electronic payment so it made that super easy to. I’d highly recommend this company. He serviced my dryer but I also plan to use him for my fridge. Great service.

My mother and I really appreciate the help from Sun appliance. The washing machine had a clothes pin in between the tubs. The gentleman from Sun also gave advice about when and how to change the lint filter every two months!!
