I called NGR Electric out when only half my house was working with power. So they came out and told me what it was with no problem and fix it the next day and the craftsmanship was amazing. So I found me a good and reliable Electrician and i recommend him to anybody and I just want to say thanks again. Also reasonable prices too

Very rude would not recommend he schedule me for a 10:30 am I called him at 10:35 am to confirm he was still coming he said it would be this afternoon I said I work second shift and he said oh ok and hung up very unprofessional but I should’ve already knew it’s Gary I thought to give it a try even after I read all the bad reviews these reviews are real do not waste your time !

Let me tell you that once you hire Brett your search for an honest and trusting electrician is OVER!!! Brett is beyond amazing! THIS WEEK my neighbor's tree broke and fell on my wires causing live wires to fall and spark/crackle, the weather head pipe fell and it blew out my electric meter box and fuses on the outside of my home. I called Brett at night, after hours, and he answered his phone on the first ring. He was at my house within 10 minutes and knew exactly what needed to be done. Since it was so late he had to come back in the morning. Brett was at my home first thing in the morning and fixed everything. He was reasonably priced and completely upfront and honest. I truly felt upon meeting him that I could trust him, and I was right! Look no further than here!!! I will never use anyone else! I secretly hope Brett has a handyman and/or plumber for a brother heehee

I needed power to be restored to two of my bedrooms. Brett and his technician were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in response to the situation. My power was restored quickly!! I'd certainly recommend, and would use their services again!!

Brett was recommended by a neighbor and did an excellent job updating my panel, running a new line for a hot tub and new light fixture/power in my outside patio. He was competitively priced, very responsive and easy to get in touch with. He delivered exactly what we discussed, on time and within budget. Brett and Bill are great! They were very polite, considerate, and most importantly of all, did great work in a timely fashion. They communicated very well and were very responsive to all my texts and questions and concerns. They addressed my concerns in a timely fashion and cleaned up before leaving. They were able to start the work days earlier than originally quoted. They noticed and fixed previous subpar connections (done by the previous homeowner that was not up to code and was a fire hazard) for minimal cost. Very minimal drywall work is needed to finish some of the work areas which I can do myself. They kept their word and completed the requested work quoted in the contract, even though it turned out being more involved than they expected due to the specific nature of my dated home. They DIDN'T try to charge extra for more labor or more materials, they kept their word and had a great attitude about it even though it was so tough. Because of this, my wife and I decided to tip when they were all done since they were such champs about it, and didn't try to cut corners or rush, or guilt anyone. I highly recommend this company if you want great work, great value, fair pricing, and a good customer experience.

Following a consultation and estimate provided by electrician Brad, a contract was executed for power station installation, with a 65% upfront payment. Subsequently, Brad arrived, entered the premises with wet footwear, and then departed due to a reported family emergency. Despite attempts to contact him via text message and phone calls, rescheduling was not addressed. While the upfront payment was returned, no work was performed, necessitating floor cleaning due to the tracked-in moisture. The lack of professionalism and communication was highly unsatisfactory.

If you’re looking for an amazing electrician, not only great quality work, and the best prices, I’ve found yet!! The way he was able to communicate everything ahead of time that was gonna happen, and shared every detail that we need to be known prior to the job was a plus!! The work alone that he did truly exceeded my expectations!! I most definitely would rate his work an 11/10 so if you’re looking for someone who will go above, and beyond, I most definitely recommend NGR Electric, I’m beyond satisfied!!!

This is the worst electric company. They will take your money for standing around. Please do not use this company if you have seen this review. I own a lot of properties and this was my worst experience ever with any of them. NEVER use this company.

We used the entire range of services offered by U-Go Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services Ltd after reserving them for a straightforward gas fireplace repair. They replaced our insulation, cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts, cleaned the chimney, and got rid of the mold in the attic. We saved time and money by using their packaged service. The technicians were courteous, arrived on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. Our house is now cleaner, warmer, and uses less energy. Their team uncovered and corrected issues we weren’t even aware of. If a homeowner needs several tasks done correctly the first time, I heartily suggest them.

I reached out to U-Go Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services ltd for a chimney Inspection, and Porter delivered top-tier service from start to finish. He explained the findings clearly and performed a deep chimney Sweep Cleaning that removed years of buildup. He also completed a small chimney repair, sealing a crack that could have caused issues down the line. I added air duct cleaning to the visit, and the improvement in indoor comfort was immediate. Their Fireplace cleaning was the perfect finishing touch and now my fireplace looks brand new. I’m beyond satisfied with their professionalism, cleanliness, and commitment to high-quality service.

I highly recommend Hours Plumbing. We have used their services for all of our properties and there hasn’t been any issues. The owner explained the process in detail and suggested additional services that were needed to ensure that our basements wouldn’t backup.
