Cleaned my main sewer line was the most affordable in my area very pleased with the work done haven’t had any problems since these guys are great if u need and service with a unclog or anything I recommend these guys

I initially spoke to Greg over the phone and he was very willing to take the time to listen to all the information I had pertaining to my problem. We exchanged information, and he said he would be at my house between 12 and 12:30. He was right on time. Greg checked every possible issue that could have been causing my problem and made sure everything was good before he left. It was a pretty wet and miserable day outside today but he still took the time to do it right. He even said if I have any issues in the next 30 days, call him back and he would take care of it. If you are on here because you're not sure who you should call....just stop looking and use these guys!

They came and unclogged my main sewer line and where the cheapest in the area definitely would use them to rod my lines again if I ever need to they came on time and didn’t charge me a service fee if I could give them ten stars I would Matt and Greg are probably the best around and the best price

I contacted Reliable Clog-Rod-Drain Specialists to get my sewer line unclogged! Technician showed up on time to unclog drain and quoted and completed additional work at a reasonable rate that was completed same day! Very pleased with the work and will use and refer them in the future.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company in fact is not reliable. They take advantage of the women customers and lie once the job is done so they don’t have to provide a warranty. Less than 48 hours after completed work I have the same problem with no warranty. How unfair is that!!!

We have had other drain issues and spent so much money on them so when we had yet another plumbing line issue connected to the laundry I was afraid to do anything. So after doing a load of laundry and coming back to the basement to multiple soaked rugs and a filled utility shower I had to do something. I had taken a screen shot of info for Reliable based on a recommendation I saw on a Facebook town page months prior. On the phone they gave immediate flat fee quotes of their services which gave me such peace already. They were able to come the same day and they fixed the problem in under an hour. The two men also cleaned up any mess they had made too. It is cash or Zelle, which I wasn’t ready for but they were accommodating so I could run to an ATM. I definitely recommend.

This company was timely, fair priced and very professional. They had to make a few passes, but when they finically got the clog— they really got all the roots. I can’t thank them enough. Also was the only company willing to come the same day— everyone else wanted to wait til morning, but we couldn’t because there was no drainage at all. Again they really took care of us and made sure the job was 100% before they left. They are now “our guys” to call for all future clogs HANDS DOWN! Super happy customers here and we will be referring to everyone!

Over the weekend we noticed out clean out spewing water…..we waited till after the holiday to call since we weren’t home. I called this morning and Matt was at the house by 1pm. They got the job done in 2.5 hours and were very fair in pricing! I will definately be referring them! Total life savers! I can’t wait to do my dishes and shower again!

Greg and Matt were extremely professional, prompt, and even gave me an excellent price, even though they had to do more than originally expected.(Who does that these days) They were respectful of my home and took care not to make a mess, and promptly cleaned what little mess they did make. I highly recommend using their service.

They came out twice and still didn’t get the job done ! They came Thursday April 3rd, and I had to call them again the next day (Friday) April 4th , they told me they couldn’t come back out til Monday April 7th at 9am . They came Monday April 7th at 2PM and by Wednesday April 9th my basement was flooding again ! I called them literally 5 minutes ago today (Thursday) April 10th and they told me they couldn’t come back unless I’m paying $250.00 AGAIN and I think that’s ridiculous they never told me a time limit for the warranty which should at least cover 14-30 days .

To your very unprofessional reply . You said grease and tree roots . The ppl in my house don’t even use tampons . YOU NEVER told me about a warranty in the beginning and if you all don’t offer warranties why’d you come back the second time liar ? but it’s ok I found someone to do the job CORRECTLY.

To my surprise, Greg and his brother Matt (the other owner) arrived even earlier than expected. They came fully prepared, assessed the situation thoroughly, and quickly got to work.

Here's the kicker: they confirmed my sump pump was working just fine and didn’t need to be replaced! They could have easily charged me for a service I didn’t need, but instead, they chose honesty and integrity.
