Reviews of local pros in Gary, Indiana

Good plumbers but they never returned my call for a estimate.

The gentlemen were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone!

Great service. Great prices. Great work. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent service! I'll be calling again in the near future.

Great service and professionalism. Will always call AJ's.

After reading all the reviews I figured out that this is somebody who works there that's false advertising customers reviews customers do not even talk like that beware a lot of companies are fake and put up false reviews to try to get people to call them

I like green tags …
good communication past city inspection ..
Good job guys thank you than!!!

Prompt, professional, and very affordable. I am very satisfied with the outcome and will be working with Mr. A J again.

I really don't want to even give it one star! No phone call back from this place after I initially made the call to get help from them. Don't bother calling me back.... Thanks anyway

Came out but was not able to diagnose the problem. We had a busted pipe that needed to be replaced.

Fantastic customer service. Prompt and informative.

i will always call them before anyone else because they are great and gives you 60 days Guarantee... Better plumbing company ive ever had at my home....

WE CALLED EVERY DAY FOR OVER 2 WEEKS WITH A PROMISE FOR A TECHNICIAN TO CALL AND WE HAD NO CALL. THIS COMPANY HAS NO VALUES THEY JUST TOOK OUR MONEY AND DIDNT STAND ON THERE SO CALLED 6 MONTHS WARRANTY..............

Need a drain or main sewer unclogged? Need repair work done to your fresh water systems or waste line? AJ The Plumber does it all and is comparably affordable to most other companies.

Professional, Thorough and affordable service. Changed out sticky valves that were soldered on to the pipes. They made it right and installed quarter turn valves on my kitchen sink pipes. The best out there. Highly recommended.

We called our water service contractor and they dispatched out AJ the Plumber to our home. The repairman" Jonathan" called us to let us know he was in the area and would be to arrive earlier than the scheduled time slot. Jonathan was prompt, courteous and professional as he quickly accessed the problem and fixed it. Jonathan also noticed a minor leak and quickly fixed it as well😊

We will definitely call AJ plumbing again for our future repairs and we recommend their services for your plumbing needs.

I contacted AJ on 09/20 for a big plumming job I needed in my rental house, he took 5 days to come by and inspect it. He told me he can take the job and would give me a job proposal in writing by next day.... after a week of calling and texting him he told me he was sorry, he got busy but he'd send me the quote next day. I told him I'm not calling another plumber because he's saying he can take the job, he said not to worry, he'll send me the quote right away.... I've been calling him and he always says the same thing "tomorrow"....
Today 10/12 he finally called back me and said he lost his notes so he has to come back to see the house again.... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I lost 3 weeks because of him... I lost time and money... BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! TRY ANOTHER PLUMBER WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Great price and fast response 250 for a main line clean out June was a great tech I recommend them for your needs

cool guys, thorough and quick. one of them left food in my driveway and in the bottom of my garbage can that we had to clean up. arrived without notice, but it wasn't their fault. my landlord didn't tell us when they were going to be coming by.
