I had a terrible experience with the tech from this company. Randy, the technician, was apologetic but seemed to mix up my paperwork with another client's. He ended up adding $279 in extra charges that weren't listed on the original receipt. When I spoke with his manager, Alice, she came across as dismissive and unsympathetic over the phone. She basically told me to take the incorrect charge or remove a replaced item to go shopping for it myself. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you have this company come to your home, look elsewhere - they're more interested in making a quick buck than providing decent service.
