Had a leak coming from under the kitchen sink Sunday afternoon. Called Young Plumbing and the receptionist was great. She told us what to expect the next day with a phone call before the workers arrived. They were on time and courteous. They assessed the issue, gave me a quote, and started the job. They showed me the new piping design and the new sink strainers. I am happy with their work and the leak is gone. They tested the dishwasher and the filled the sinks and all was working well again. They even secured the hose handle which had never been screwed in by the original installers and I never knew what was wrong and why it was so wobbly.

EXTREMELY RUDE. I called to see if I could get a quote on a gas leak repair. They quoted me $95 to get someone out for the estimate. I found another company that I've worked with before and they quoted me a cheaper initial price. So I called immediately to cancel the service. The receptionist was super rude and hung up on me. Glad I didn't go through with this company!!

Called Young Plumbing on a Monday morning after failing to install a new water heater myself. Josh and Seba came out the same day, and a few hours later, I had a new working heater. Both men were very professional, and the work looks well done. They also cleaned up the worksite before leaving. I am very happy with the work, and will absolutely call Young Plumbing again the next time plumbing needs arise.

We called Young Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. It was leaking very badly and the situation was quite critical. Young Plumbing was recommended to us by a relative. Called them and we considered ourselves very fortunate to get same day service. Their technicians, Tyler and Tom, provided superlative service. They were respectful of our home and very proficient in the fulfillment of their duties. Much sooner than we expected, we had a new hot water installed and we were back in business. Thank you Young Plumbing and thank you Tyler and Tom.

We had a fantastic experience with Joe! He installed a new toilet for us and was courteous, easy to talk to and incredibly professional. He worked efficiently and left the bathroom spotless when he was done. We also really appreciated his honesty - there was a small error in the quote, but he honoured the original price without hesitation. He was mindful of our home, making sure not to track in dirt on the carpet (It was raining that day). We highly recommend Joe for any plumbing needs and will definitely call Young Plumbing again in the future.

I have used Young Plumbing over the years for routine sewer cleaning. However, the main line under my house was failing and the others were old and needed replacing so I once again used Young Plumbing and was not disappointed. Seba and Joe did a great job replacing the old cast iron pipes. Now I don't have to worry about a mess in my crawl space from the old cracked pipe if the main line gets blocked with tree roots. Recently had an issue with water in my crawl space and called Young Plumbing. They sent out Justin and Tanner to look at the issue. They were both courteous, knowledgeable and professional and set out minds at ease upon completion. Definitely a great experience from the initial phone call until job was complete. I would highly recommend Young Plumbing if you want a good experience in a bad situation.

Tom and Joe did a marvelous job with our plumbing issue. They came in, tested what the job would entail. Explained all the details to the family, then started the work. You will be very happy with Tom and Joe!!

We have lived in the same home we built over 45 years ago. During that time I've experienced a number of sewer line blockages. These issues, however, were always solved with the plumbing tools at my disposal (and a little sweat!) thus we have never had the need for contracted plumbing repair services.
Four days ago I met my match and realized we needed profession help with far better equipment and the proper expertise to handle it.
I reached out to four plumbing firms and Young Plumbing was the first to respond. A Young Plumbing representative was contacted in the early morning and arrangements were made for a technician to come to in the early afternoon-a great relief!
We were even more pleased when we received a call that a technician, Sebastian, would arrive even earlier at 10 A.
After reviewing the situation, and the site conditions, Sebastian
gave a comprehensive overview of the repair proposal.
After an approval was given for the repair this technician proceeded with dispatch to successfully clear the blockage and return our bathrooms to service.

Before I retired I was the Director of Engineering at a local medical center. I have crossed paths with many tradesmen and some could be pretty rough around the edges!
Therefore, I must complement Sebastian not only for his polished professionalism and technical skills but the fact he was a very interesting fellow and a delight to talk to.
I would highly recommend Young Plumbing. Hopefully we will not have any repeat issues in the future but if we do I'll be calling Young

We called Young Plumbing in the morning when our water heater was not working. Incredibly they were able to send a team out the same day. Tom and Tyler with Young Plumbing were the dynamic duo! They were punctual and informative. They gave us two options and once the decision was made to replace it, the efficiency at which they removed and installed a new one was amazingly fast! I would definitely recommend Young Plumbing’s Tom and Tyler should you ever find yourself in the same situation!

We recently notice the smell of gas in the house and called NIPSCO. They came out and found multiple sources of the leak and shut the gas off at the meter. We were told to contact a plumber to test the gas line. Having used Young Plumbing before, we called and they were able to come the same day. It turned out that multiple pipes needed to be replaced. James and Jesse made sure the pipe to the furnace was fixed that night so that we cold have heat as the temperature was to be in the 40s. We scheduled them to come back and James and Tyler did a fantastic job replacing the remaining pipes and made sure everything was in working order. Young will be our "go to" plumbers from now on.

Tom and Joe were very knowledgeable and professional when working on our main pipe root problem. I will recommend Young Plumbing to everyone from here on out. Thank you again!

Justin and Tanner came out first thing in the morning on a Saturday to make sure we had hot water. They worked in a timely fashion and did a spectacular job. I appreciate you guys and I appreciate the service. For the issues at hand, the price felt affordable and I would definitely call them again if I needed this kind of service.

Came to my house and tried to snake my drain for about 40 minutes, said they think my pipe is clasped and that they wanted to double the already expensive price to camera the line. I told them to leave. Another company came and did the job no problem got the blockage out and charge half their price. Don’t recommend these upselling scammers.

We had Young Plumbing come out for a problem we were having. Tyler took the time to explain everything to me and gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance which I really appreciate. Thank you so much Tyler and Young Plumbing!

James & Jesse were very extraordinary professional, knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and understanding about changing out a bad gas valve very quickly on my deck. Great Job!! Should be 0 stars. I just moved into my new home and experienced a major leak under my kitchen sink that was leaking down to my basement. Young sent 2 incompetent techs to my home that recommended cutting a small hole 3”6” inches in my basement ceiling to visualize where the leak was coming from. They cut the hole then informed me that they don’t have water leak detection equipment. I was left with a $350 bill and a larger hole than they quoted at 16”8”. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

I was very impressed with the entire process, from scheduling, estimate, and the work. Tony and Ty were fantastic. They got a big job done quickly and were very professional. I will use Young Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had a clogged tub and sink. The plumbers were to be here between 9-11. Got a call they would be here by 8:40. (BONUS) Tom and Joe arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the drain within 30 minutes. They were very professional and respectful of our home. They also gave helpful advice to keep the drains clear in the future. It was also noticed that I have a veteran license plate and was given a veteran discount. I truly appreciated that. Our hot water heater went out on the weekend. Called and spoke to Michelle who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Sebastian came Sunday morning to replace the hot water heater. Sebastian did a fantastic job! Will definitely call again if we run into any plumbing issues.
