I would recommend this company to anyone looking tree removal.
They gave the best quote, did a professional job of removing my tree, cleaned up, raked , blew everything away.
Excellent service, having them back out in the fall!

My neighbor scheduled this company for an estimate to remove some trees. Since they couldn’t access the trees from her property, they approached me about entering through my yard. Their plan involved taking down sections of my fence in three areas so they could move their equipment across my lawn and run over the plants and landscaping I had just installed this summer. I also have dogs that need a fenced yard.

I told the representative that I would not allow access, but he continued insisting that I was “the key” to completing my neighbor’s job. When I asked what would happen if the fence was damaged, he repeatedly brushed it off, saying only that “it won’t happen,” without giving a clear answer. He tried to guilt me into agreeing, despite the fact that doing so would have risked serious damage to my property for a job that wasn’t mine.

I stood firm and said no. He then called me selfish, at which point I ended the conversation and walked away. I wasn’t even his customer, yet he was rude and dismissive while expecting me to compromise my yard for my neighbor’s project.

Terrible experience overall

I don't know where to begin these people show up at our apartment complex at 5 ish and 6 in the morning spew wet grass all over my car and the cars they spew wet grass in our windows and patios grills and when we get home from work we have to clean it up but showing up at 5 or 6 AM in the morning to mow is crazy and its wet all over are new cars ill be contacting Valparaiso noise ordinance or police to make a report about this noise waking us all up do not hire these people they don't care about anything they ruined my new car and I had to get it detailed beware they don't care and they leave grass all over our stuff I just cant believe how horrible that they can do all this

Hired them for plowing, they never came out. It would take multiple calls and over a day of calling before anyone would come to plow. I would never recommend them.

I served as the HOA president of a subdivision in Cedar Lake, IN and hired Priority Landscape to maintain our property (lawn care, fertilization, irrigation, trimming and snow removal). Priority does yeoman’s work with integrity and respect. Our account manager was very responsive and the team that cared for our property was very respectful. I would recommend Priority to anyone.

I live in an apartment building we're your company is employed in Michigan. I have plowed snow for 10 years and I am astounded at how your guy does here. He has left piles in the middle of our road in multiple spot that I've had to hop a curb and risked getting stuck and ruining my car because he left a 4 foot high and 5 foot wide pile and desired to go to a complete different area. In my opinion this is not a very professional way of plowing a lot when it is a one way road. Regardless a truck or skid steer.

I having been calling and complaining about the poor quality of work, not doing what they are supposed do and doing a rush job, for at least 2 months. They have not gotten any better. I can't wait for this Contract to end. The only thing you can expect from them is a bill. If it don't get any better I will post pictures. 8-3-21

I have to give Steve B. a shout out. I have been working with him over the last few months on my property's landscaping. He has gone above and beyond for my company. Great customer service. Excellent response time and overall just an awesome guy. Steve is a major asset to this company. Thank you for all you have done for us!

As property managers with scattered sites, we have worked with many landscaping companies and this has been the worst experience by far.

When I objected to the company charging the 4% fuel surcharge on tasks that didn't require any fuel, they looked into our account, discovered they had missed sending out invoices and suspended services while our accounts payable did everything she could to get the situation straightened out and the invoices paid.
My emails objecting to paying for services that were not delivered while we sorted out their mistake, were largely ignored.
They have a 1.5 stars rating on Yelp. I should have done my homework before hiring them. Definitely won't hire them again and it's a good thing I re-read the 7 page contract and caught the clause about canceling for the next year before December 1st. They ignored that email the first and second time too!

As a follow up on my 1 star review given last year, it took at least 4 requests, over many months, to be taken off their email list. It's illegal to continue to send emails after being told to stop!
