They installed a new furnace for us when our 20 year old system died in a cold February a couple years ago, and we have them do the twice yearly inspections. The team coordinated scheduling around our landscaping work, arrived on time, and maintained great communication throughout. They removed the old system, relocated the AC condenser to a better spot, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption inside or outside our home. Everything was cleaned up neatly, and the new system works perfectly. Professional, thoughtful, and reliable—highly recommended.

I tried to get a quote on a replacement of my heat pump unit and the salesman (David Jensen ?) refused to give me a quote. He was very blunt and gave me the impression that he could not be bothered to take the time to give me information. Since I live less than 2 miles from their business I was sincerely hoping to be able to have them take care of my HVAC needs. I am still a little stunned by the coldness and disinterest that this man showed to me. I absolutely will not do any business with them and I will try my best to discourage anyone I know from using their services.

Geothermal unit went out so I tried to contact Roberts HVAC who installed the unit. Tried to call for over an hour. I either got a busy signal or it transferred to the answering service. They said to keep trying. This is normal for them. I'll find another contractor.

AC system went out on the weekend. I called 3 businesses and Robert's was the first to contact me before 0800 on Monday morning. The Owner showed up and gave me an excellent price. New unit installed 2 days later. He even loaned me a portable AC unit. Highly recommend. Technicians -Taylor and Jared were excellent!! Thanks guys! 😀
