these folks are the company you can call in the middle of a major weather event , and they show up promptly and fix the problem . no excuses . they have my loyalty !

Once I called in, I had a technician onsite within an hour. Technician was knowledgeable and troubleshot the issue.

Initially talked to Kyle who was pretty thorough and set me up. Next day Cody came out and was professional, well mannered and got our furnace issue taken care of. The peice was, how do I word this, exponentially more than affordable. I've referred this company out to others but have never personally used them until today. I would 100% use them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Indiana area. From one tradesman to another, fanatic job guys!

Air went out on first hot day. Neighbor recommended them to us. Ryan came out next morning first thing and got everything fixed for a fair price. My husband and I are very happy with Rick’s!

These guys were absolutely fantastic, I have a Fujitsu 5 head mini split system. It was installed a couple years ago and unfortunately the fittings started to leak. Got a quote from one company that wanted almost 6k to replace the fittings. Called Ricks and they had a special machine and were less them half to redo. I also had them remove two of the condensation pumps and install gravity drain lines. Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend after numerous other AC companies no showed!

This is the first time using Rick's Repair. I opted for the annual service, which is twice a year (Spring & Fall). They worked around my schedule. The service tech was friendly and did a thorough job. So far I am pleased with this company.

I will never use another HVAC company. Rick’s Repair Heating and Cooling came out quickly and Kyle was friendly and thorough with diagnosing our issue. Jerad came out soon after to repair our issue and clean our system. Jerad even noticed an issue another HVAC company had caused with our system and repaired it while there. Our system is running better than it ever has. They even have a membership for cleaning/system maintenance that I signed up for. Which after experiencing their customer service and expertise is a steal, in my opinion, and worth every penny. The service and customer service this company provides is an example on how all HVAC companies should run.
