All I can say is WOW! Our family has had several individuals throughout our home as we've renovated over the years. My husband and I agree this is the best experience we've had with a company. The gentleman that came were professional yet friendly. They wore booties over their shoes as they navigated in and out of our home. They worked diligently to install our new electric furnace and A.C. unit. We were quoted $2000.00 more by another company. Air conditioning is a luxury and we are blessed to have it. We are also blessed that Lamb Heating and Air conditioning came into our lives! You all are AMAZING. Customers for life!

I've had two separate issues with my AC unit and Lamb's has done a tremendous job both times. Quick to respond and effective in dealing with the issue. Justin did a great job. Highly recommend.

We had an urgent situation occur with our unit where a storm damaged the capacitor during the middle of summer. I did an online request for service application and Lambs showed up the next day which was a Saturday to make the repair which was still covered under warranty. The technician who did the repair was amazing and even explained what caused the issue and steps that could be taken to minimize the risks of the scenario occurring again. Our family will definitely continue to use Lambs Heating & Air for all our future HVAC related business. They are a locally owned business who takes great pride in providing the highest quality service for those in their community. RDC

Rodney, Blake, and Taylor were the hardest working and most courteous group of professionals working for Lambs HVAC. Lambs HVAC has the best technicians we've ever had. They take care of our HVAC maintenance twice a year, and they go above and beyond the call of duty by being neat and tidy. Lambs technicians are reliable and prompt. I recommend Lambs for all the HEPA, Split-HVAC, and Ionic systems for better breathing.

Lamb's installed my a/c unit a few years ago and have serviced it a few times as issues (unrelated to their install) have arisen. They have consistently showed up the SAME day I called and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent Service!

I live in Minneapolis and needed a furnace replace at my parents house in Louisville KY. I contacted Jacob late on Monday to see if he can have his guys come out and take a look at the furnace ASAP.

He had a technician contact me right away and schedule for service on Tuesday. After the technician came by they found out that the furnace needed to be replaced.

My dad was getting out of hospital and needed to have the heat running ASAP so they rushed some parts and reworked their schedule to accommodate and install on Wednesday!

I am a landlord in Louisville. I have used many subcontractors over the years. Lamb's is far and away the best. I have used them to install furnaces + a/c condensing units, as well as repairs and service...they have been able to diagnose and repair when other HVAC contractors said to replace or couldn't trace down the problem. They are honest and competitively priced. For me as a landlord, the communication every step of the way is extremely important and valued. I receive notification of appointment settings, when a tech is on the way, during or after appointment to explain the service needed or completed. I usually will not recommend subs to close friends or family because if something goes wrong they come to me of course, but wouldn't and haven't hesitated to do with Lamb's.

I called Lambs when my A/C went out on a 92’ day. Phone was promptly answered by a real person. Technician,Ben, was at my house in just a few hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Cost was very reasonable. Ben was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful. I will definitely use Lambs again. They are trustworthy.

I’ve used Lamb’s over the years for servicing my old unit and recently installing a new unit. With each and every encounter, they’ve had outstanding customer service and professional, courteous, and honest technicians. Don’t go anywhere else!

This is the second time I've used Lamb's to replace an aging air conditioner/furnace. Just like the first time, they were punctual, communicated perfectly, and went above and beyond on the install. Can't recommend them enough.

I had them install a new Heat pump and all the works last year. The motherboard seemed to have been faulty and it started shooting me error codes. I called them up and someone had stopped by within 3 hours. This has been the hottest week of the year and the sun had been out for hours. The young man was very professional and serviced the unit and thought it was just a frozen coil. It went back to running and he went on his way.
I woke up the next day to 200+ notifications on the system and I called them back up. They were at my house within the hour, and spent around 3 hours getting/installing parts. They replaced the motherboard and the blower motor that the motherboard had messed up. Very professional, and managed to take care of me on some of the hottest days of the year and get it fixed ultimately very quickly. I really recommend Lambs.

Prompt and courteous service over the phone, and in person. Fair prices from a good company. They will always be my first call in the future.

My heat went out on the Saturday before the big snow storm. Jensin was on call and came out immediately. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Once he determined we were dealing with an issue bigger than he could fix in one day he returned with 3 space heaters which they allowed us to use until the parts we needed came in. Unfortunately due to the snow and other obstacles out of anyone's control it took over a week to get the heat back up and running but the minute the part was delivered Jensin returned to our home and promptly fixed our heater. Huge thanks to Jensin and the team at Lamb's. I highly recommend:)

I've used Lambs several times, for both new installs, replacement systems, and service of existing systems. I've received very prompt service every time that I call.
They've installed new systems for me at 2 of the businesses that I owned, a house that I rehabbed and at a building that I built for a customer. They have replaced a system for me at my personal home, and have serviced systems for me at 2 of the houses that I have lived at, and my daughters home. I can recommend Lambs without reservation, as I've had nothing but outstanding service over many years of dealing with them. EDITED 5-15-24 I have since this original review, had 2 more new homes installed by Lambs. One was a total electric heat pump, the other was a mini-split. The service is first rate and the equipment just works. Beyond pleased.

During the coldest days of this year, our HVAC system wasn't heating properly. I called Lamb's and was given an appointment with a tech named Jensen(I hope I spelled it correctly) who was right on time, knowledgeable, polite, explained the problem, and provided the solution. Later, Logan came to install the faulty parts. He was also a pleasure to deal with, completing the job efficiently.
