Dustin and Samuel just finished a repair job. They were knowledgeable and extremely courteous as they focused on superb customer satisfaction. A very positive experience.

The person who came out to look at our dishwasher was so friendly. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and didn’t try to add fluff.

Instead of trying to convince us to fix our dishwasher for almost $400, which he did offer… He told us that we could also just buy a new one for about the same price. I so appreciated the transparency of that.

We will always use Groves when we need to find out what’s wrong with our appliances!

Cooper was great! He called prior to coming and was very friendly. He diagnosed my issue quickly and explained what was wrong with my dryer.

After several visits to our house, they could NOT fix our stove. The stove was new and under warranty; for some reason they did not clarify to the manufacture company that the stove has a design problem and cannot be fixed. Otherwise, we could save ~ 10 months of pain and scheduling repair visits! We end up replacing the stove with different one. I do NOT recommend them.

I'm a leader at the Speedway Church of Christ. We had a warranty replacement of a control panel in a stove in one of our housing ministry houses and Groves Appliance Repair was sent out to perform the repair. There were some complications on our end during the process but Groves helped us to handle them and got the job done. They were amazing. Great communication, helpful, friendly, prompt. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate them. I highly recommend them. Thanks Groves!

Groves sent Nick to repair my microwave today. He ran diagnostics and took it apart to discover the magnatron tube, transformer, capacitor, and diode were smoked! He helped me connect with Whirlpool to get a policy adjustment; the cost is now completely covered. Nick is extremely competent (this is the 2nd appliance he has repaired), professional, and polite. I will ONLY use Groves-- and Nick--for all my Whirlpool repairs!

Received an appointment in 2 days, repairman arrived during expected time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly and repair was accomplished this visit. Have used this repair service for washer, dryer and refrigerator. Would highly recommend this company and repairman!!!

I had two separate technicians at my house to look at my refrigerator. Both were very professional and answered all of my questions. The person in the office was friendly and able to get me scheduled within 2-3 days for both appointments. They gave me a larger window and texted the day before to narrow it to a 2 hour window and call when they are in the way. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Dustin was amazing! Not only did he do my repair amazingly, but he made sure I understand what was happening and why the issue was happening. He worked with my during my work day so I could get all of life taken care of. He was patient and answered all of my many questions, and went out of his way to make sure my issues were resolved. 10/10 would recommend!

Cooper did a great job! He knows his stuff. He was very quick to trouble shoot and resolve the issue with our refrigerator gasket.

Great Service. Great tech. Evaluated the problem with my refrigerator, made suggestions, we selected a repair option. He showed me where to clean the coils and gave some general tips on using the freezer to keep it working well.

My washing machine wasn’t washing, which in itself, is an issue. Called Groves, set an appointment for between 12-6, time slot was narrowed down to 4-6, and Jay made it here about 45 minutes early. Upon arrival, he figured what was wrong probably before he even got here, and had me going is exactly 12 minutes. Now I can wash my clothes, which is fantastic, because I ran out of clean clothes approximately yesterday and that’s not good for anyone. Thanks Groves!

I tried to get them to come out and fix my dishwasher. They’ve cancelled on me both times the day before stating someone “called in” and they can’t make it anymore and requesting I reschedule. I then called and their secretary that I’m “too far” and that’s why they kept cancelling.

I have no idea if this place is actually good at what they do or not because they don’t actually show up to the appointments they set. Maybe they’re great if their customers aren’t “too far” away.
