If you need an appliance repaired, these guys are awesome. They are very thorough, honest, and straightforward. We have had to use these guys a few times and are always happy with them. Highly recommended.

Copper did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable service tech. Fast and efficient. The diagnosis was correct and the installation of a new control board fixed the issue. I recommend Groves Appliance Repair.

The tech bailed before installing the compressor they had in the truck. Can't recommend.

The compressor finally went out on my fridge. Called Groves with the model number to ensure the proper fitment. Took a fair bit of time to get the compressor in stock, then a fair bit longer to get an appointment.

When the tech finally came, they inspected the system and asked how old it was. When I told them, the tech packed up right then and there - without bringing in the compressor from the truck. Even if you call ahead with the model number, Groves may (??) bail on you because it's too "old" for them.

I got Pettyjohn's to replace my compressor after that. They didn't ask about how old my system was and saved me several hundred over a new unit of questionable reliability. If you are on the South side, go with Pettyjohns Appliance Repair (all 5 stars). Anywhere else, go with Capitan.

Better to go with a company that can handle any system than one that may leave you hanging if your fridge is too old for them.

Initially, my repair worker didn't show up. However! They were extremely apologetic and got someone out to me the very next day. The work was done quickly, under warranty, and Kyle was professional and clean. Would definitely use again!

Had my washer repaired in no time. Will definitely call Grimes again if needed.😊

Highly recommended dishwasher repair service and they were recommended by Whirlpool. Adam McMillan was an excellent technician and is highly qualified with over 5 years of dishwasher repair experience. He did a thorough diagnostic review and resolved my error codes and water leak. He’s very knowledgeable about dishwashers and left some sample products.

Dustin and Anthony (training) did a great job. They called before arriving, were respectful of the house, identified the problem, explained the issue, and had the part to repair the ice machine with them.

Kyle serviced my fridge. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and straightforward. I’ve used Grove before for appliance repair and they get the job done without ripping you off.

Zach did a great job fixing our oven. He also did great walking me through what was wrong and answering all my questions thoroughly!

Branden did a great job repairing my washing machine. Had the parts on his truck and made the repairs on the first visit. He checked his work by running a cycle and to make sure there were no other issues. Great work!

We had the best experience with Grover Appliance especially Christian!!! We had a new refrigerator so under warranty that was so noisy, it even woke us up at night! He was able to figure it out and replaced the needed parts, and now I don’t even know I have a refrigerator in the house!! He was kind, understanding and determined to get the refrigerator fixed! We will definitely use Grover Appliance in the future!

Mark has been out a few times to repair our washer. Very professional and nice and gets it going every time. Highly recommend!
