Appliance Repair reviews in Greenwood, Indiana

The service was good but the automated service was very very bad. I was rescheduled three times at home all day waiting and when I called to check on time of arrival the service said I had to reschedule. There need to be a real person answering the phone calls. Thank you very much for letting me vent 🙏🏾

Technician wasn’t knowledgeable about the system . When I ask about replacing parts instead of sealing the his answered that the warranty company would not let them. He said there were no leaks in outside unit. Then comes back and said there was a small one but most were on the inside unit. I ask about the rest of the components he said I would have to take that up with the warranty company. I have a warranty to not have to deal these things, but have competent people come out to examine and explain options not that they can seal instead of replacing. A patch job only means another call later.

George was awesome, after he diagnosed and explained the issue. He completed the repair in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the outcome and price of the repair.

Great technicians, very knowledgeable and professional.
Awful scheduling by company. Took two months from time of scheduling to completion. Kept getting “Due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment has to be rescheduled“ messages. -
They are horrible!! They say they are coming & then cancel last minute. They don't do anything....say they fixed it & then it still leaks. Customer service is AI....can't get ahold of a real person.

Happy with the initial person who came out and diagnosed the problem not happy with the person that came out and installed the part that was ordered. After he left, I found extra screws and now the washer makes a clunking sound so I think I may have to have them come back out.

Not as advertised. The tech essentially did a visual inspection and vacuumed the dryer. He seemed completely unaware of the service ordered to the point he had to ask me what to charge. Not worth the money.
UPDATE: Called and spent over 3 hours on the phone complaining about the poor service with the number provided in the review response. After way too much time arguing, they scheduled a tech to come out to actually complete the service. I specifically told them not to send the same tech. They scheduled the same tech. I called to immediately cancel, and was told my 'request' had been submitted but not confirmed. I requested a refund and was told that was impossible because it was still processing, even though it had been charged to my account days ago. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company in an effort to get refunded.
Do not use this service. -
They came few times but stayed on top of my dishwasher til they fixed it .

The technician Otis when straight to the issue. In and out in ten minutes. It will resolve quickly in a timely manner.

Matt, the technician, was fine but overall it was not a great customer experience. The first appointment date we were told the tech would be there between 8am-5pm. At the end of the day we were cancelled and rescheduled for the next business day. This was understandable given we had bad weather come in on day one. The second day we were given the same time window. At the end of the day we were cancelled and rescheduled for the following day. I asked if I could have a smaller window or be put toward the early appointments and was told "no" because the computer schedules it. On day three I was called relatively early in the morning and told the tech would be there in 35 minutes. The tech arrived about 90 minutes later.

I would certainly give five stars for “George“ the technician who serviced my refrigerator. Great customer service from him. Sadly setting up appointments and trying to contact Sears since they did not show up on the original day we had scheduled was very frustrating. They make it basically impossible to talk to a “live “person to problem solve. Lastly, the part was no more than a plastic container with some plastic tubes. $250 for the part. Installation was less than an hour and was $400! So, $650 to get my ice maker running again. Half the original cost of the fridge.

Your customer service is terrible! You are trying, unsuccessfully, to manage customer service with artificial intelligence.
I had an appointment, for dryer repair, on August 1st. Technician didn't show. Received a text message & email indicating that the appointment had been rescheduled for August 15th. I cancelled that appointment on August 2nd.
Your AI continued to send texts & emails about the August 15th appointment. I cancelled this appointment twice more, to no avail.
The Sears repairman came to my house today & I turned him away.
FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!! -
Mr. Don Claushear was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable service tech. The next time I have a issue I would like to have Mr. Don work the order.

Getting the appointment scheduled was a pain, but our technician, Pedro, was absolutely amazing. Extremely kind and honest. Made sure we knew our options, and worked very efficiently. Seriously, he rocked!!!

The service technician, Michael that came out was very informative, professional knowledgeable to detail on assessing the issues regarding my hot water heater. Michael’s displayed very good customer service. Thank you, again Micheal.

Otis was top notch! He called ahead of time, he was on time, he was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable of the issue & did the repair successfully! I now have air & am very happy! Thanks to Otis!

George was quick and competent. Great visit and back in service. Will 1,000 percent use again!

Pains me to give a full 1 star as this is beyond generous. If Otis’ goals is to not fix my HVAC, he’s doing a fantastic job.
With 6 reschedules, zero communication on reasons for reschedules, weeks at a time before the next appt timeframe, and a day-of cancellations becoming the norm…. I’m at a loss of words for how this business operates.
Hoping this can grab someone’s attention to help my family out. No AC since April has been horrendous. Our first appt was 04/26. 3 visits now and nothing has been fixed. Typically Otis shows up after 4 PM and has to leave because it’s getting too late to complete the job. Today is 06/09, with 5 reschedules down, and 1 to go on 06/23 (3 weeks away was the earliest available and I know it will be cancelled day of), I’m begging for resolution.
Please advise. -
The technician seemed knowledgeable, polite, he tried and did hopefully diagnose the problem w/lawnmower. It started that evening when I mowed which was awesome. I will keep an eye on the mower to make sure it is okay. Seems the problem was fixed at this time. The trainee with him was also friendly, polite and seemed eager to learn. Seems the problem was solved but will feel better next week for confirmation. Thank you all!

Update: tech showed up (late). Broke the part that we had to order in by forcing it on. He didn't even know he did it. Was confused as to why it still wouldn't work. Had to order another part and I was rescheduled to today. Just got a message (an hour after the window time) that I have been rescheduled to tomorrow. I took off work for this. While writing this I got a message that a tech is on his way. I have no idea what is going on unless you have no job to be at, plan on using a lot of PTO to get your appliance fixed.
Update: OMG why didn't I read the reviews on this company? READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE! I had to downgrade my stats because as nice as Huston was I feel like this company might be dirty. I have now had 2 parts delivered and still no working washer even though I received a "glad you're back up and running email". I am a single mother and took the morning off for my appt window and now the window is about to close and I see there is a tremendous possibility it will get rescheduled for tomorrow. Thought I was slick and called the number they list in their replies to reviews, it's the same automated one I've been talking to all morning with no way to speak to a human.
Huston was great but unfortunately something went wrong when he was repairing and another part had to be ordered and we rescheduled for today between 8-12. I now have another tech coming whose estimated time of arrival is between 1:35-2:46pm. Until 10 min ago it said his expected arrival was 8:46 am. (It's aster 11am right now) No one called and you can't talk to a human I signed up for their Home Services plan but will be cancelling because I took the morning off work....not the entire day. Don't do it. Go with someone local. But my tech is one stop away....in Texas (I'm in Indiana) I feel scammed and bummed out. This is horrible customer service. -
The same tech came out twice, the first time my heat worked for 5 hours then went back out. The second time he came out, it worked for one day then went back out.
