Joe Perkins @ Rees is the best! We used Rees after a hail storm in June 2021 to replace our roof, gutters, and screens. We also needed to replace some pieces of siding and Joe fought hard for us with the insurance company payment amounts. He was always very responsive to my texts and went above and beyond in a personal way. I would definitely use him again! I ask a lot of questions and am very detail-oriented but Joe was very patient with all my questions and made sure I was happy with all the decisions. Just an overall good person that you can trust which is very hard to find these days.

Ree's Restoration were professional, responsive and provided great quality service to correct issues with roofing, chimney flashing and lap siding on our home. They also performed some other corrections to the home by filling gaps in our transitions from siding to the brick skirting with construction caulk, installing a handrail, repairing a pocket door, and rehanging doors that were not hung level. Pete Oaks was our project manager and was very diligent to keep us informed of when to expect the guys to be here working and they always turned up when Pete said they would. Very refreshing these days for a contractor to do what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! Pete also provided us with a written report detailing the work that was done which contained numerous photos of the deficiencies that were encountered and repaired. We highly recommend this company and Pete to work with on any home repairs.

Johnny Rees and Greg Rees were great to work with. They did what they said they would do and in a timely manner; great value as well. They crew cleaned up around the house and my property looked great when they left. I love my roof and gutters! Would highly recommend Rees Restoration! I am a VERY satisfied customer!!!!! 😁

Jim Clements with Rees Restoration came out to my house and looked at all my damages to my house. He was very thorough inspecting my home. He is top notch and really knows what he is doing. He did a great job with the adjuster and was able to get me a new roof. I would highly recommend Jim Clements and Rees Restoration with all of your roofing and restoration needs.

This is the 3rd time we have had to replace the roof, gutters, and this time the siding on our house due to hail damage. There is no comparison between the previous 2 companies we used and Rees Construction. Rees did what they said they would, was responsive to communication, sent out top notch employees, and got the work done expediently. Clean up was outstanding despite the fact that we have extensive landscaping all around our home. Johnny Rees took care of us, worked very well with our insurance company, and while I hope we never have to go through another hail storm; I would call them if we did.

i have never had a company this good. They worked with the insurance company to get everything done. They used top quality materials, great contractors, and did roof, gutters and some interior painting. (We even hired the painters to do some more work for us.) Jonny got everything done from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions. Our neighbors recommended them and I am so glad they did.

In June of this year we had a large limb from the tree in the front yard land on our house. It caused significant damage to the roof, ceiing, and the tree itself taking out numerous branches. Our insurance agent put me in touch with Eric Voss at Reese Restoration to start the clean up and repair work. The limb fell around 2 pm and by 6pm that night his team had it off the house, removed from the property and the roof secured from any rain entering the whole. Eric met with us the following morning to survey the damage and get the restoration process started. After that meeting i knew we were in great hands and felt confident that everything was going to be thorughly gone through. Eric was able to be there with us when the insurence adjuster looked at the damage and stayed after the meeting to help us understand all the next steps and how the process worked. Comunication was great while the repairs were completed and any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered and followed up on. We are very happy with the completed work and would highly recommend Eric and the Reese team.

I recently had hail damage to my roof. I was referred to Rees Restoration by another local business that I trust. I could not have been more impressed. James Simon was my point of contact. He was wonderful! Very responsive, organized, reliable, professional and an over all pleasure to work with. He was not at all hesitant to challenge my insurance company to ensure the damage was repaired. He fought hard for my claim. I highly recommend Rees Restoration and James in particular.

Brandon and his team were absolutely awesome. Everyone was professional and courteous. Their work is impeccable. They did a new roof for us and had to re-side the entire house. They were very timely and everything is perfect. The best part about it all as we came in under budget by almost $5000. They are honest and not just looking to turn a quick buck. They will be my Roofing and siding contractor for life. Highly recommend their services.

We had Rees Restoration replace our roof and gutters. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every single person we came in contact with during this process was great! The process was very easy. The crew that came to the house to perform the job was VERY courteous and respectful and friendly. And the job they did is perfect! Life Made Simple:
Dealing with insurance companies is almost always a nightmare. When I got Rees' contact information from a personal recommendation I didn't realize then how much they would take charge of interacting with the insurance company. Eric Voss explained the process clearly and when the adjustor came and agreed that there was damage but they would only replace less than half the roof, Eric went above and beyond and appealed the decision on my behalf. A few weeks later he told me my insurance company had decided that they will replace the whole roof after all. Without Eric and Rees I would have been out several thousands of dollars out of pocket. Communication with Eric was mainly through text and he would call or come over when it was convenient for me and was extremely nice and patient all the way. Once we decided on the shingles, the roof was replaced within 10 days at a minimal out of pocket cost. After the process was almost over I actually read the Reviews for Rees and they are all consistent with how patient and good these guys - if I had read the reviews before working with them I would have thought they were too good to be true - but after being the recipient of their service, I am excited to highly recommend Eric Voss and Rees to anyone who even mentions roof to me. A+ all the way for Eric. Oh, and the crew that installed the roof cleaned up very nicely, no evidence that they were even there except for the brand new roof, with a lifetime warranty to boot!!

Brandon Bell assisted in the coordination of three major projects at my home this past month. I had a new roof installed by Rees Restoration and the crew's work was excellent. Following completion of that major project, Rees Restoration consulted with me and assigned a paint crew to replace rotten wood on my house and deck, and to repair the chimney wood structure on the house Following that, they painted the house and deck restoring their beauty as if they were brand new. In addition to the exterior work, there were two damaged areas in the interior walls and ceilings of two rooms, and the painters restored the damage as though it never occurred. I appreciate the workmanship, craftsmanship and professionalism of each of these hard working, honest men. Throughout all of these two linked projects, Brandon Bell was available to assist with questions and to coordinate with the crews. Cody Slavens with Rees Restorations did a phenomenal job handling our insurance claim from start to finish. Our insurance company was very difficult to work with and Cody was very persistent and communicated well through the entire process. Once the claim was approved Cody had our new roof installed the very next week. New gutters followed a few days later. When I went into our bank to do business they ask me who I was using for my roof and I told them Rees Restoration. They had nothing but high praise for the company and they also knew Cody and had high praise for him as well. I worked directly with Brandon Bell at Rees Restoration on replacing my roof and rotted wood on various places of the exterior of my house including the chimney decking and soffit.

He did a lot of the communicating with my insurance company which made the process a whole lot easier on my end. I appreciated the fact that I could simply text him about any questions or concerns I had if a phone call wasn’t necessary. The claim and repair work was handled in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Rees for any home improvement needs.

I worked with Brandon at Rees last year to get my roof replaced after we had severe hail storm damage. Brandon was great to work with. He worked with me to pick out new Flex shingles, surveyed all the damage to other things like windows, gutters, etc. He also worked closely with the insurance adjuster and with Geico to make sure everything was recorded correctly and all the numbers made sense.

The roof was replaced in about two days. The gutters took about a day. Really efficient overall.

I had lots of follow ups from them to make sure things were good. I really appreciated the communication and help with insurance.

Our roof was the victim of hail damage in fall 2020, our neighbors used Rees, and recommended we call them. I have worked with Joe P. from the start and he has been phenomenal start to finish. Very personable, respectful, and trustworthy. We had a high deductible and they were able to work with us to cover it over 2-3 payments. We have a little free library that resembles our shed, and they roofed it with new shingles to match and it looks so good. I then built a mailbox to match the little free library, and Joe came out to put shingles on it himself! That was months later too. I'm very grateful we went with Reese. You would not be disappointed to hire them. Crew works fast. Very responsive, and we couldn't be happier.

About a month ago I had a pretty bad leak inside my house, right after Indy had 4-5 days of rain in a row. I called Rees and recieved a response very quickly after. This morning the roofers showed up, on time, got my roof done, without issue and have left all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure my yard was back to normal before they left. I have no complaints, would recommend!

Brandon and the whole Rees family were very knowledgeable and straight forward on every aspect of the job. Brandon had noticed some damage on my roof while visiting with a friend across the street and I felt in good hands from the beginning. The way he worked with my insurance company, the adjuster, and the install crew made the difference. My family is proud of the roof and gutters and it couldn't have been done if it wasn't for Brandon and his crew. I highly recommend having him out to see what he can do for you.

Brandon and Sean were really great to work with. We had water damage indoors after the big snow. They came out really quickly, determined we needed a new roof, and walked us through the entire process. It was all done very fast right when they said it would be done. We had a new roof and gutters done, drywall repaired, and painting. They were extremely professional and helpful and made the home repair process smooth and easy, which is rare to say!
