My Rees Restoration Experience was phenomenal! Brandon and Jason were great to work with. Brandon was quick to respond and make last minute changes if I asked without any push back. The work they did looks amazing from the wood flooring to the remodel work in my bathroom. Took no time at all for them to replace drywall, paint and replace all my wood flooring, and more. I was amazed on how quick it was done. I will be using them for my future projects and look forward to working with them again.

WONDERFUL! So unlike the 'fly by night' contractors that swoop in after a storm and don't do the job the right way. James Simon and Rees Restoration provided professional great looking results. Hassle free with great quality materials and results and what an amazing job at clean up. My roof looks so much better than before. I have recommended them to friends and I wouldn't have done so if I wasn't sure they'd be happy with the results too!

Brandon, Mark and the entire Rees team were fantastic. We’ve had to use other mitigation & restoration companies in the past, and they were all terrible compared to Rees. Our basement flooded on a Saturday morning, and they were there within minutes. They were reassuring, knowledgeable, and complete in their work. They were flexible around our schedule. They were punctual. Communication was fantastic. And, they made the process of working with the insurance company as painless as possible. I rarely give a recommendation, but this one was more than warranted.

I am very happy with the service that was provided by Rees Restoration. My ridge caps blew off in a spring storm; James was very professional he helped me navigate through the process with ease. I love my new roof, my neighbors love my new roof but most of all I love the fact that there was no mess left behind. I was very impressed with the way my yard was cleaned from all the debris (not a piece on material/trash was left). I would highly recommend Rees Restoration (James) to any and everyone who needs there service.

Didn’t show up at the scheduled appointment, said they would be there a 3:30 and didn’t show, texted at 3:50 and said they were short on fans. Went with another company that kept their word.

Our house received in excess of 220K in damage from the June 25th tornado.An hour after the tornado hit James Simon was asking how he could help. Within hours he had workers making sure the house was dried in. He immediately began working with our Insurance company. His frequent communication with us was instrumental in navigating us through the reconstruction process. As each task was completed he made sure the work was completed in a quality manner and was acceptable for us. James was great during the whole process. Professional, communicated well, and made sure the work was performed in a quality manner.

They did an excellent job on replacing my roof. I absolutely love it. I have referred several people to them and haven't heard of any complaints. 👍

Originally called for a second opinion, Eric was our contact person. He was fantastic. From start to finish the process was seamless. No headaches clear. Understanding throughout. Would highly recommend for any of your restoration or construction needs.

Working with Eric has been a pleasure. He worked with our insurance company on 2 hail damage claims from year ago. It was for our house and a rental next door. Both claims were denied and closed but after Eric took another look he convinced our insurer to reconsider. They did! We received excellent customer service from Eric and the quality of work from the crew was outstanding.

Super helpful in walking us thru the process - from working with our insurance company to the actual replacement of our roof, gutters ,and garage door. Eric explained the entire process for having our roof replaced and was always available for questions we may have had. Eric even made sure he was available over the holidays even though he was away with family. He offered open and clear communication, and continuously provided superior customer service. Everything offered was provided, plus more. Working with Rees Restoration has been the easiest experience we have had while dealing with a contractor. 5 Stars in every category.

Nice job done by the Rees team replacing our roof, siding and guttering. Each group that came was respectful, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. Eric Voss worked with our insurance company and the adjusters, making it much simpler for us. We have recommended Rees Restoration/Eric to others and they have had work done with the same quality and service.

Rees sent someone quickly to repair my damaged front porch posts. The gentleman was timely, polite and worked efficiently. I will definitely be calling Rees for future needs!

We sustained hail damage in July 2020. Soon after, I noticed my neighbors getting new roofs/gutters. One of them used Rees Restoration so I gave them a call. Jim showed up and said that we did indeed have damage to our roof. He then contacted my insurance company and negotiated with the adjuster the replacement of the roof, aluminum siding, gutters, and gutter cover. This was in mid-September and by late September the roof was replaced. That part went well as did the roof replacement. We did find a ton of nails in our yard, including in my lawnmower tires, but life goes on. Then we started talking about the siding. I was not interested in replacing aluminum siding with aluminum, vinyl or wood. We decided on John Hardie cement board and we opted for that knowing that there would be an upcharge beyond my deductible but I discussed with Jim that I would need to know how much extra things would be as we didn't have thousands of dollars laying around. That's when the wheels started to fall off the bus. There was complete silence for weeks at a time. The first subcontractor showed up around November to price out the work. Why it was necessary for the work to be priced out after the insurance adjuster approved and priced out the work with Jim being involved was never made clear. Then followed at least 3 more subcontractors coming at all hours to "see what needed to be done" but not out of pocket cost estimate. I had enough in December and reached out to the owner (at least the email contact on their website), Shortly after that email, Jim sent me an estimate that my out of pocket cost would be $4000. I reached out to Jim in January and he scheduled a visit to my house with their John Hardie rep, because apparently their guys said it would cost more than Rees estimated. In February, Jim came back with another proposal with the cost going up to $5300 only to conclude that the proposal did not include all of the sidiing including soffits. That's when the owner and apparently everyone within the company finally got involved and a revised estimate was provided for $6700. They finally started work in March and after realizing the underdecking wasn't sufficient under the old siding to put on Hardie board, my final out of pocket cost for the new siding in addition to the thousands that my insurance paid was $8400. I would say that overall, the siding is ok. Again, nails everywhere, caulking of the siding was poor (I used at least 8 tubes so far to close up gaps), and you can see other deficiencies in the photos. For a new roof, sure, Rees is fine but if you want to do any other exterior work, look somewhere else.

Rees Restoration did a great job taking care of our homeowners claim for hail damages this past year. They worked well with our insurance company and the subcontractors, and kept the ball rolling. We had several hiccups with the work, but Rees was willing to work with us throughout the process. We are overall satisfied with the work, and definitely would recommend them to others.

Recently, our roof came up on an inspection for a sale. This was identified late as something that needed to be looked into. Brandon Bell from Rees, the Sale and claims executive was fantastic! He came over in the evening and assessed our roof for hail damage. He was honest and direct and didn’t try and just get a sale. In fact, he recommended that no work was needed! I can’t say enough about Brandon‘s professionalism, expertise, and honest Approach. Highly recommend him and Rees for any roofing or restoration job!

Eric Voss and the Reese Restoration team were great to work with! Once everything was set in stone they got to work and did an excellent job, we are very happy with the siding, gutters, and roof!!!

Brad was very polite when I spoke with him on the phone and that made my husband and I feel comfortable enough to schedule the inspection. However after the inspection and next rainy weather (which was within 4 days of the inspection) we noticed a leak in the bathroom that was not there before. After going to the roof, in the rain, we noticed that the area had been cut and the shingles have been lifted. We know what it looked like before the leak because my husband cleaned the gutters not too long ago and walked and reviewed the roof( which is why we contacted them) We will not be hiring Rees Restoration now after this. Thank you but no thank you for damaging our roof. We have been in this house for over a year and had worst rain and weather and never have we experienced this leak.

We are very happy with Rees Restoration and their crews for the updates completed recently on our home. From the planning and quoting phase to final walk through and corrections, Eric and Brandon were extremely patient, helpful and professional. Their support absolutely helped bring our vision to reality and transformed our home. Every crew member that worked on our property was also professional and friendly. They all worked safely and left each day with no concerns with how the work was left for the day. Everyone really went above and beyond to make sure the end product was exactly what we planned. I would 100% recommend Rees for any home projects or updates. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Could not have had a better experience with Kyle at Rees! We already had insurance on board for replacement due to a company coming out and getting the quote for us, but that company fell through so we turned to Rees who came highly recommended. I definitely see why now! Within a day of contacting Kyle he was at our house on Tuesday to get pictures and bring roof samples, Thursday we had made our decision on shingles and he was able to get us scheduled for the replacement the following Tuesday! Crew came out Tuesday morning and got our roof replaced with Kyle coming out that evening to check the work. Wednesday another crew came out to replace rotten wood on our chimney and replace our gutters then Thursday Kyle came out to take another look and walk it with us. He’s even coming back out again with a magnet to triple check all nails got picked up in our yard even though it looked like the crew did a fantastic job at cleanup initially. His constant involvement being so hands on is definitely what will separate him and Rees from the other guys! Cannot believe how quick the process was and how easy Kyle made it for us. Cannot recommend enough!

Completely unrelated to the roof but we also noticed our AC unit wasn’t running while doing the walk around with him and he gave us a connection to an awesome HVAC company- truly can’t beat his level of care and personableness!
