Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff and great range of products including design and installation of new pools and spas, all associated maintenance supplies and everything needed on a pool deck to ensure great family fun all summer long.

I have been a customer of Angie's since 2011. Every communication, service call, visit to the office has been exceptional. They truly care about their customers. Would not go to another pool store.

Been going to Angie’s for over 12 years now, everyone is fantastic, knowledgeable and super friendly. The service guys are on it and have given me advice on maintenance and other things as well. Great Pool Company!

They came to replace our original liner (almost 6 years ago) after a year or 2 there were massive wrinkles and finally they asked them to come stretch it and they did (cost 1,000) and it looked worse then before now here we are a little over 1 year after resetting our liner and it has now floated they offered no financial compensation or offer to fix their poor job. I feel so bad for my parents who paid good money for their grandkids to enjoy their pool and now this is happening. Would not recommend this establishment. (Changed from original review to include proper year of reinstallation...still not good service still not offering a solution many calls have been made...no help just defensiveness)

They are always super helpful when we go to have our water tested. They take good care of us and our pool water stays healthy and clear.

They are always helpful and greet you when you come in. They were out of what we needed, but, so was everyone else. There are 3 other pool suppliers closer to us, but we trust Angie's for the past umpteen years!

The lady at the register was very sweet. However, as a brand new, first time, pool owner... They did not tell me that pool chemicals are not returnable. So when I got home and found out from my pool guy that the same chlorine tablets are almost $50 cheaper somewhere else...! Ummm, wait... what? I was rather upset when I found out I could not return them. Apparently, Angie's is one of the most expensive place to buy things at. So here I am... Sitting by my pool...salty and thinking of all the floaties/pool toys my babies could have for $50 😞

Great company if you want to get overcharged and not know it until you see your credit card statement for what they choose to over charge. Everytime you turn your back Shane is trying to skimp past details needed to keep your pool equipment in good condition. They break your pool and act like they did nothing to cause it. Then just charge you for new parts. Everything they do is overpriced and in a complete rush, just to get to the next house to get that service charge.... want to buy a gift certificate to help someone with pool costs... they'll sell it to you, but then won't let it be used.... absolute trash company. Shane shows up at your house. Don't take your eyes off him. Don't even give these people a chance, it's a waste of your time and money.

after the place down the street from here made me want to rip my hair out, Angie's was like finding a little slice of heaven right in Greenwood. They opened my pool this year, got it clear within a week and all for less money than I could have thought. They took time to explain everything to me so I feel better about what chemicals I am using and why. Their store is a one stop shop and has anything pool related.

3rd times a charm. After company opened our pool stopped responding, we started at another retailer before landing at Angie’s at the recommendation of previous neighbors and a phone call for “pool school”. Very responsive and patient to our questions, we feel confident trusting Angie’s for our treatment needs.

For starters, the $250 closing turned into over $400. The sweet thing is that they have your credit card, so you find out about it after the fact. Hint: they won't use/ reuse any of your equipment no matter the condition. You just get billed for all new parts and they will leave your closing equipment sitting next to the pool for you. Lesson learned and I moved on. We went to open the pool this year and for some reason during the closing they felt it necessary to loosen all fittings coming from the filter, thus causing leaks everywhere that needed chasing for a day to figure where they were coming from. Ten year old pool, never once had these plumbing fittings been unscrewed during a closing.
Like I said, I was ready to move on from them. The opening issues pertaining to the closing was the last straw. I hate leaving reviews...period. However, it seems others below have suffered the same fate. I would highly recommend finding a different pool maintenance company.

I bought a pump for my above ground pool not even a year ago, pump stopped working has a buzzing sound when plugged in,I call speak to a woman told her said information, she told me cost $140. For someone to come look at it just to come out then additionally charged every 30 minutes, she asked if a licensed electrician plugged it up I said no so now that voids my warranty $600.00 I paid for this pump, why does a electrician have to plud a cord into a outlet?this place is a scam I don't recommend

They installed our pool and pump 3 years ago. Went in today to get a replacement o-ring for the pump. Had the worst experience. They have no idea about replacing parts. 1 employee is working while 6 others are standing around gabbing to each other and not helping at all. They do not know how to cross reference gaskets for pumps they were carrying recently, and in general suck. I highly suggest do what I am now doing, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nice place an chill atmosphere. On a better note Angie's is closest place that carries liquid chlorine cause 3"tabs are obsolete since someone burns plant down and everyone needs tabs. Anyhow Angie's always has more than what you need ...of not they'll order it! Always a pretty smile to make your transaction complete!! Thank you!!

I have been going to Angie’s Pool and Spa for years, and have not ever had a complaint about them or their business. They are great people and we love their business very much! I could not ever think of a better place for our pool and spa supplies! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the outstanding job!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the service we receive and how efficient and thorough they are in testing our water. They are all very knowledgeable and kind.

After my experiences with this organization over the last year I would highly recommend going elsewhere, while the front of the house staff are cheery and willing to provide information, heaven forbid you need to return a piece of sub standard equipment, it is then discovered they do not provide warranties on the items sold you must go to the manufacturer. This is not made known at the point of sale. As to the service techs they seem fond of coming up with a lot of verbal approvals for work instead of getting it in writing, they way they can say anything without any supporting documents. If you must use this organization make sure you have everything in writing, and that they provide warranties else go elsewhere, you will be much happier. The only reason I am giving one star is that there is no option for none.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been an Angie's customer for years and there service has declined to the point that you cannot trust employees integrity. I will never use them again. I was billed for an incomplete job, green pool,, and called to speak with Allie the manager and was told my pool was "open". They keep your bank information. They refused to honor a gift card they sold an elderly family member a week prior, dumped leaves into my pool and claimed I had a leak that would cost me hundreds of dollars just for a new team to come out and tell me what was wrong. Today I had a different company come out for "leak" and found they loosened my equipment. Run don't walk. I hope Angie reads this and reexamine her employees. She lost a loyal customer.

Please, do yourself a favor and read all the reviews. Or else you'll be here like me, writing this review. They have shady business practices. Let me point out a couple of things :
-the price quoted , will double or triple
-if they use chemicals on your pool the amount that they use will differ than the amount that is on paper. For example if they use 2 gallons of Chemicals, they'll charge you for 6 gallons of Chemicals.
-when they arrive they'll sit in their car for 10-15 minutes and when they leave theyll do the same ...( I mean if you're paying $200 an hour , why not ? More money for them)
-they don't clean the pool properly , I had to use the skimmer to clean the leaves of the top
-not to mention the customer service, they obviously don't care about your concerns
-please If you do use them record your interactions , and when they come to your pool that way they don't take advantage of you.

After having our pool closed by Angie's last fall, they gave us an estimate on what it would cost to rework some of the piping under our pool to get the main drain hooked up and all functioning properly. The estimate that was given was $487 plus tax. Last week we scheduled them to come out and do the work. When we received a bill yesterday it was $999... more than double the estimate. We were never informed of any changes to the estimate nor did we have any idea it was going to cost this much. When the worker left our house that evening he said it was getting dark and he would be back in the morning to do one more thing. That one more thing apparently cost us $500. No one was home to verify whether someone was actually out here that long or not. Although I am not questioning the integrity of company and the work they did. What I am questioning is how they conduct business. The bottom line is workers should be informing customers if their bill is going to be more than double the estimate, not just charge the card on file with no further communication.
