My dad offered to pay to have my above-ground pool closed for the season, and he mistakenly chose to have Angie's Pools do the job.

I have closed, opened and maintained my pool for over 9 years based on the manufacturer and installation recommendation, so when I say services understood to be performed were not done satisfactorily- I know what I'm talking about.

When questing the agreement the person (Ally, Alley, Alli, Ali- whatever) that finalized the billing had the audacity to say to me something to the effect of, if you know how to do it, why didn't you do it yourself.. like really!?! You're questioning why we sought your companies services?!?

I had nothing but good faith the job would be done, that an amicable solution could be reached when they weren't done as expected, then chastised as to why we were paying for your services??

Would you pay over $425 for this?? (See Photos)

This place is great for all your water supplies! They have a big selection of parts, hot tubs, Green egg grills, cleaning supplies and accessories as well. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable including free water testing. We've been going here for years because we trust them completely! We even had a hole in our pool liner and they knew a person who could dive to look for it and do a repair for a reasonable price. We really appreciate what they do for the community!

Started project Oct. 11th. Still waiting for things to be completed properly and it's June 6th. Obviously, COVID hendered some things, but if they'd been completed properly the first time, we would've been done in January. Beyond that, our project was never prioritized and there were numerous dates of no call/no shows and very late shows. It was clear my time was not respected. A closet was to be created and it wasn't until after they'd cut a large hole in the wall/attic that they let us know there was an issue with the original dimensions. As professionals, one would think they would have came to that conclusion when inspecting the attic and room and drawing up the plans. At that point though, our options were to go with it as it was or have them close the hole back up. I would highly suggest they let clients know in advance of such drastic changes. The "closet" is more like a tiny cupboard, that only holds tops, and a drawer. The drawer was supposed to be sectioned, but they didn't even do that. They did at least give us a $100-$200 credit off the "closet". Also, the estimate amounts will change and they'll say they have one understanding of the project and then, change that understanding at the end. It will either cost more or not be done to the oral understanding.
We have 2 large projects to complete, which we'd planned on having them do. However, once we were 2-3 months in, it was clear we needed to go with another contractor for our other projects.

My experience with Elite Clean was wonderful. Mr. Dwayne always responded to my calls and messages. He was very respectful and courteous. My home was severely damaged by hurricane Ida and I was devastated but Dwayne took alot of worries off of my mind by taking care of all of the arrangements and set up the demo to the trash hauling. Dwayne and Roy came into my home and explained the process to me as well as assure me that they will handle everything and they did. I feel like Dwayne and Roy went above and beyond because I was a nervous reck about all of the things that I had to do and these 2 young men especially Dwayne took care of everything that he promised. Thanks Elite Clean for sendubg Dwayne and Roy for coming out to my home and making my life a little easier.

I called several different mitigation companies around the area to inquire which company could provide someone right away. Elite Clean Restoration was able to send someone out IMMEDIATELY while other complaints were telling me between 24-72 hours. Thank you again for your prompt response and service. I had believed I had mold growth in my crawl space, in which they confirmed when coming out. They walked me through the process of what the mold mitigation would consist of.

I used this company because of a large flood and sewer backup and had caused damage. The owner and his team arrived on time with proper equipment. They handle full cleanup and restoration all in-house. They even worked directly with the insurance company as a public adjuster. It’s hard to recommend anyone these days, but i am confident you will be happy with Elite Clean Restoration. I was very pleased with them.

My sub pump stopped working in my basement and water was everywhere. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Elite Clean Restoration.
I gave Dwayne a call and less than a hour Dwayne and his crew came into my home and accessed my situation and came up with a plan of action.
Dwayne was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me personal and I was surprised how quickly that they got the water pumped out of my basement and then dried within three days!!!

It has been a year since i used Elite Clean Restoration for both commercial and residential. I would not have used the residential had not the commercial went well. It truly went well and I was very happy with the technicians as they treated my home and business as if it were their own. Last year in February here in Texas we had bad weather. We were not prepared at all for what has took place with pipes bursting at my home and place of business. I can not thank them enough. It's a year later and we're STILL satisfied. 5 stars

I was VERY impressed with Elite Clean Restoration. I was a new homeowner and downstairs tri-level flooded. I had just had new carpet laid also. I contacted them late in the night and they were out extremely quick. They made sure everything was taken care of correctly and also advised me what to do after they left to insure that my new carpet would not be ruined. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago, a I had a pipe burst in my home and had the ultimate flood throughout the entire first floor of my home. we were unable to get anyone out right away to fix it allowing water to continue to leak for 3 extra days beyond the day of the initial break. That then led to a sufficient amount of water to sit for a total of 5 days before I it being cleaned and treated. After being shot down by 3
Other company’s with nobody being able to make my services needed a priority it was Elite Clean that was out to my house by the next morning To start treatment on the excessive water damage. I personally dealt with a guy named Perry, I believe, and he came out the same day I called to take a look at everything and give me an estimate. By the next morning he was back and did his job the fullest. With anyone I dealt with through Elite, they were professional, Curteous, extremely empathetic towards my situation, and willing to help. Prices were reasonable and overall performance and service was definitely great! It was just in a matter of time I was back in my home with my children and comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dwayne and Roy were amazing! They came out and got to work saving my crawl space from water damage very quickly. They were very thorough, professional and helpful explaining the process to me. They saved my crawl space and my hardwood floors in my house! I cannot praise and thank them enough for all their hard work! I have already been spreading their name around for anyone who may ever need their help. Thank you guys so much.

We had water damage in our kitchen. Elite Clean Restoration promptly got a plan together and started drying up the damaged floor. Dewayne arrived, masked up and ready to go. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home and handling the situation. Now that it is dried up we can get on to the repairs. If I could give negative stars I 100% would! This company gave me the run around for 6 weeks, blew me off and just didn't show up 4 times that were scheduled and the management didn't even know. They tried to convince me they only needed to do about 1/3 of the work quoted and retaliated when I made them be true to their word. They broke many items in my house, tried to use my coffee tables as a step ladder and broke them, they broke my thermostat off the wall and left my house an absolute mess. I had to take them to court to fix their carelessness. If you use this company then you are asking to get ripped off and screwed over! Do not use this company and check their bbb ratings instead of their Google ratings, which I guarantee they had friends and family post because they were the absolute worst company I've ever hired for any type of work.
