We had a stellar experience with Elite Clean Restoration and Project Manager, Drew. We had a tree fall on our house that was difficult to access and remove. After many different companies coming out to look and give us estimates and some just refusing the job, Elite Clean promptly came up with a plan and executed it. They were on time, had the right equipment, and the employees did a wonderful job. Drew was especially good at communicating and making sure we were informed of each step of the process. The whole experience was very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Elite Clean texted when they were on their way. When I called to make an appointment a human answered the phone! Dwayne and his coworker were friendly and professional. I plan to have their carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning a part of my annual home maintenance.

My experience with EliteClean Restoration covered a five-month period of doing repairs related to tornado Damage. The length of the repair time was due to both me and EliteClean dealing with a difficult insurance company and reflects in no way on the responsiveness of EliteClean Restoration. In fact, I have never worked with a company that is more customer focused and dedicated to making their customers happy with the results of their work. That includes their scheduling and completion of work in a timely manner. I have also done or been involved in a great deal of home renovation in my life and know good work from bad. I can say without reservation that EliteClean is one of the most responsive, highly skilled and professional contractors that I have dealt with in many years.

In my case, I feel that EliteClean went above and beyond what was reasonable because the insurance company involved made VERY unreasonable demands of EliteClean, to the point that I wouldn't have been surprised had they just walked away from the project. Instead, thank God, they stood by me and did what was needed to get the approval of the insurance company to do the needed repairs. In the end, I came out of the experience fully satisfied with the repairs, which is largely due the EliteClean's wiliness to stand by me through the long five months it took to get the insurance company approvals.

The bottom line is that I highly recommend their services. Their renovation teams are very skilled craftsmen, and the company is well run, as demonstrated by their scheduling and responsiveness.

Elite Clean Restoration performed the same work at the same property twice within three months. The first time, the cost was $1,500. Three months later, they demanded $20,000 — without providing clear pricing upfront or documentation to justify the increase when asked.
What followed was not just a billing dispute, but years of legal conflict that caused extraordinary emotional and financial harm. Most disturbing of all, my 86-year-old mother, who has dementia, was pulled into the situation despite having no involvement, no capacity, and no understanding of what was happening. Watching an elderly, vulnerable woman be treated as a bargaining chip is something I will never forget.
Transparency, accountability, and basic human decency were absent. This company’s actions turned a routine service into a nightmare that consumed years of our lives and tens of thousands of dollars.
If you value ethical business practices — especially when elderly or vulnerable people are involved — protect yourself: demand detailed written estimates, question unexplained price changes, and think very carefully before engaging this company.

Dwayne did an excellent job cleaning our living room couch, love seat, and recliner. He was prompt, professional, and took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. Our furniture looks good as new, and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend his services!

We needed our home registers and return ducts cleaned. Each place we called quoted a really high fee. We called Elite Clean Restoration and decided to go with them and I'm glad we did. First, Dwayne called to let us know he would arrive in about 15 minutes which was nice. He explained how the cleaning process worked since this was the first time having them cleaned. He was very thorough in cleaning them and cleaned the area around each one. He was very professional and friendly. I could not be happier that we decided to go with this company and really glad that Dwayne was the one to come out.
I cannot recommend Elite Clean Restoration and Dwayne high enough. A definitely 10 out of 10!

Recently had a flood from a 60 gallon broken fish tank in my office. It was an absolute nightmare of a mess. I called Elite, they showed up right away and started the water mitigation and got everything cleaned up and dried out. Floors had to be replaced along with the entire ceiling downstairs in my garage. Everyone was very professional and the build back went smoothly and looks great! Big thanks go out to Dwayne, Colonious, Luis, Miguel these guys all did a great job along with great communication. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone in need of their services.

Genesis restoration did a complete renovation on a house in an estate. They completed everything well and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

they got there late and did not speak any English? there was only two of them. i had to help them with the back gutter because it was a three man job?the one that did spoke English did not show up? and when it came to clean up thy had a blower on site but did not clean up . when francisco came to the rest of the money.he told me they were not responsible to clean up any thing that came out of the old gutters? piss poor way to run a business.

Genesis Restoration did an awesome job with a quick response and repair time. Everyone connected with Genesis was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The quality of work done was excellent.

Francisco and his crew were very quick to come out and repair the damage to our roof and also helped us repair our chimney as well. They had great customer service and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

My mom hired this company after a tree fell on our home. They were the soonest we could find. They had scripture on their business and named after Genesis so we thought they were perfect. NOT! Do not hire them. He asked for some money to get started which she gave him. Then he asked for more which we also gave him. He did a horrible job on the house, and the workers he had were drinking on the job! We found out he was a fraud and reported him and have not heard from him since. We also didn’t get any of the money back that he did not use. After we fired him we got looking into him and he had several small claims against him. We were not the first he had done this too. Also asked for receipts for proof of purchase but he never showed us those either. This guy is a fraud and should be shut down. We are still in the process of cleaning up from his mess. Again, do not hire this company!
