If you want a real artist, craftsman to exceed your expectations for a job - hire David Pavan. David will complete every detail and your finished product will be beautiful. I started with a crumbling chimney stack that I wanted to save as a backdrop for bluestone patio that will be installed later this summer, and I truly have a beautiful piece of art now. The pictures tell the story. So happy to know David and that he said yes to my little job!

Highly recommend! Dave did a phenomenal job on our brick work. He paid attention to every detail. We had a large settlement crack in our bricks and he made it look brand new. He also was extremely communicative and answered any questions we had. If we ever need more masonry work done he will be our first call.

Dave was great to work with from beginning to end. True local business, does the quoting and the work himself and it is fantastic work. He replaced spalling brick in the back of our house and under our porch and it looks completely seamless to the house. He was even able to match our more complex mortar on our older home. Will contact Dave for any masonry needs in the future.

Dave contacted me the same day I emailed pictures of the cracks in the the stone work on the front of my house. He came the next day to look at the cracks and explained what needed to be done. His estimate was reasonable and he completed the repairs within a few days. I am very happy with the results.

Exceptional work and reasonably priced! Dave did a lot of preventative maintenance for me (not pictured)- but most notably fixed the pictured area around a window that was previously repaired with prior homeowners. When I got my home inspection 4 years ago, I was told this was acceptable masonry. To me, these photos exemplify the difference between an “acceptable fix” and the art of restoration Dave provides to clients. Aside from his amazing work, Dave is also just a genuinely good human and great energy to have around. I appreciate all the knowledge he shared with me to better understand the masonry process and prevent issues in the future.

Excellent job! Our retaining wall was falling over and Dave removed it all and reinstalled it properly. It looks amazing. He was very responsive and showed up when he said he would, working hard even in the bitter cold during the holidays. Would definitely call on him again for future work.

Dave was amazing! He was detailed and knowledgeable about foundations and older homes. He was even so professional to try to put my flower bulbs back in the place where he had to dug down along the side of my house :)

We could not be happier with the work Dave did for us. He built us a hard scape mailbox, removed a sliding glass door, bathroom window and re bricked it. He went so far as to make sure the texture was same because we will be painting it. We would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needing brick work done!
