We used Watergate for roof repair work on our house in Indianapolis. They did an excellent job, getting the work done quickly and communicating well with us through out the entire process.

They were thorough in getting on the roof and finding the reason for the leak in my ceiling. Good repair and they poured water over after to make sure. They never once tried to say 'oh you need a whole new roof' like some other co's did. Those co's I passed on. One co came out wo a ladder and laughed! He had no intention of doing a repair. Watergate was very professional and answered all my questions.

Went back and forth on 4 or 5 stars. Given the current contractor pool I think it's only fair to give 5 stars. Price was fair. Hard to tell how everything will hold up, but the roof looks great & ultimately performance and customer service was there (Eventually). My one critique is please please please find the budget for a secretary or office manager to help with communication. The process was much more stressful than it should had been given the slow/inconsistent response times. Thank you Nick & team for the new roof & I hope to see you all again for future roof jobs.

I used Watergate to replace my roof and fix some water damaged trim. They were terrific, even coming out sooner than expected because we had noticed a leak inside our home. Quote was right in line with others, but decided on Watergate because of their excellent online reviews and they lived up to them!

We were in need of a roof inspection for possible replacement.

Nick got on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He noted there was still several years of life in the roof but did notice some minor repair work that was needed.

He took care of that on the spot!

Quick response. Replaced a flat porch roof with new rubber roof. The crew of two did a great job in less than two days and found other repairs and maintenance to do while waiting for the cement to cure. Great clean up. I work in Greenwood and was able to drop my deposit check by their new Greenwood office which was convenient for me. They were great to work with and I will call them again when needed.

We had leakage from the roof above our sunroom. Watergate quickly found the problem and got a team here to replace that section of the roof. Most impressively, there was some damage to the roof ridge, and although we couldn’t be certain if it was accidental damage during the fix or from high winds during a severe storm, Watergate repaired the ridge at no cost to us. Lastly, they connected us with a fantastic mason who repaired chimney damage Watergate discovered during the roof repair.

Top tier roofing contractor. Watergate is one of the best in Central Indy. I work with dozens of contractors in my everyday work, and Watergate always provides a “white glove” experience. Their communications are very clear and precise. They are not done with the project until you are satisfied. Absolutely wonderful to have on your team, especially if you are working through an insurance claim. 100% awesome!
