Watergate did an amazing job working on our project from the initial consult with Nick for the estimate to the communication from Fox about what to expect from the crew and the time frame. Our project was done in one day as expected and the crew was punctual, professional, and thorough. We were impressed at how the crew cleaned as they went and spent an hour post job cleaning our property of nails and debris. Our roof looks amazing. We would use Watergate again for future projects.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Watergate the fall of 2023. The whole experience from the initial meeting and following estimate to the completion of the project was superior. The expected steps were clearly explained and any questions we had were answered. Samples were left so we could make our own choices. Work was completed in a timely manner, and cleanup was exceptional. Efforts were made to protect landscaping and the project manager, Fox, kept us informed and followed up to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Millie kept us informed on expectations (timelines, etc) and she and her office employees made sure the correspondence with the insurance company was streamlined. We are totally happy with the installation and can recommend others to Watergate if they too want a trouble-free quality installation.

Watergate and Max were awesome. We hired them to replace our siding, roof, doors, and gutters. Quality and communication were excellent. They always showed up when they were supposed to, and they delivered on the timeline and their commitments.

Thanks for helping us out with our roof leak by applying new parts to the leak. It is better now because of your company!

When we discovered we may have an issue with our roof, we contacted several firms. Nick at Watergate immediately called back to set up an appointment to assess the current roof. He found several issues and sent a quote for the replacement the next day. The team arrived exactly when they were expected and began. They were very careful with the many plantings around the house, protecting them all from the debris from the old roof removal. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. This is the only google review I’ve ever left because it’s the first place I’ve felt compelled to write one for! After getting several quotes from different companies (including a close friend’s) we were very confident in choosing Watergate. They were honest, not trying to overcharge on anything, and willing to be flexible with some of our more specific needs. Max was amazing at communicating (and genuinely delightful to talk to) and made sure all of our questions were answered. Everything from start to finish was professional, fair, prompt, honest, and the results were high-quality/turned out great. Recently had my roof replaced and a soffit repaired with Watergate. I am extremely pleased with the results. Their teams arrived early and diligently worked until the repair was completed. The cleanup was amazing and you can't even tell anyone was there. The second team that came to repair the soffit was just as professional and friendly. Asked if I was happy with the soffit and chimney repair, if I had questions they were answered. I absolutely got the quality work that I was quoted. Project managers and I think the office manager or owner even came out to check out the job. I am thoroughly impressed with this company. I will be working with them again for my siding, gutters, and deck.

I can’t say enough about Millie and Watergate Roofing! Millie went above and beyond to help my seller client get his roof replacement paid for by his home owners insurance. Without her expertise and willingness to drive a long distance multiple times, and guide us through the process, the sale of this elderly gentleman’s home would’ve fallen apart. And he needed out from under this home due to his advanced age and serious health conditions. My seller is happily out and the new home owner has an amazing new roof and can start making his own memories there without worrying about expensive repairs due to an old dilapidated roof.
