I was glad to call and use this company. They were very knowledgeable and explain what was wrong. He had a lot of patience while working with me because I was very upset about the circumstances of what was taken place at my home. I was extremely satisfied with this company. I would see definitely recommend. Also e owner is very nice and knowledgeable when it came to my insurance claim. After referring this company to another friend, I thought I should've wrote a review because EVERYONE needs to know about this company. Thanks again.

Dwayne and crew helped clean up after our washing machine broke and flooded our laundry room. They my husband and I understand our restoration options, the time and effort it would take to clean, dry, and repair the laundry room area and any other affected area. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with this company.

Perry was absolutely on top of everything! He was extremely professional, personable, proactive, and on overall on top of the job and completely everything needed done. My mother had a flood in her home and he was out to her home within 24 hours. He was very commutative throughout the entire process and made recommendations that would save her money yet most effective. The work done was impeccable. I will be recommending to any friends and family who need anything done in reference to water damage.

I would like to say that I am very impressed with Elite Clean Restoration and especially Colonious he is a professional who always looks out for the customers needs.

They asked to move the original day and time for the initial inspection and then didn’t show up at the new time, but then DID show up at the original time. Fine, at least they showed up at all I guess. But then they wouldn’t provide an anticipated start date until I committed to using them. I was initially hesitant to commit without having some general idea as to when they could do the work, plus I was still gathering quotes. They finally gave me an anticipated timeframe (which was acceptable) so I committed to going with them and sent them a copy of my insurance estimate, and they said they would contact me with an exact start date as soon as they finalized the paperwork. This was all via text. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I sent a text checking on start date. No response. A week later I sent another text to which they replied the following day that they were all booked up and couldn’t do my job. Blamed it on the fact that I didn’t initially commit because I was gathering other quotes (which is my right as a consumer) and that they hadn’t been able to come to my house and properly inspect — even though I offered to arrange that and they declined, explicitly saying that they already had enough photos and would let me know if they couldn’t just work off of the insurance estimate. But they didn’t let me know anything. Very poor communication (when there was any at all) and then they wasted WEEKS of my time. Terrible customer service.

I am sorry but not sorry that after several inspections that the most thorough person and company was Colonious with Elite Clean Restoration give them a call for anything that you need… Thank you ELITE CLEAN RESTORATION

Yes make them your first choice. They were polite, fast, and took care of everything I needed. They really care about the people they are helping and I love that. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Colonious walked through the entire remediation plan before any work started, that level of clear communication made a stressful situation manageable

Will never be doing business with "Elite Clean Restoration" ever again. I am completely disappointed with how Dwayne handled our water situation. When he arrived to our home, he immediately started to go on about how we needed to file an insurance claim. I asked about pricing multiple times in which I couldn't get an answer. He rushed me into signing papers so he could get started with his work. Once the work was complete (Removing baseboards/breaking multiple boards, ripping up flooring in my bathroom, destroying walls, setting up 20 different fans and humidifier) he then let me know that he would be back in 4 days to pick up the equipment. He never once touched any of the water in my basement and left me to clean up after his mess. He also used my personal shop vac in which he did not ask for permission.

After he was "finished" he told me that he will have an estimate sent to my email within 24-48 hours. I never once got an email with that estimate. He came on a Sunday to set up everything and didn't pick his equipment up until that Thursday at 6:45PM. Once he arrived, he gave us the papers for the pricing and a rebuild estimate.

This is the best part of my experience...

Once I seen the papers. I asked him about how the pricing came out. He immediately started to yell at me. Yes, YELL at me saying how he is a professional and has his certifications. I then calmly asked him to explain what the invoice entailed. He picked up the papers and shuffled through them picking the bathroom for an example. He then started to say what was typed out on the paper. I asked him what the pricing shows for them because it had 4 different columns. Under the "replace" costs, it showed an additional $4 cost. I asked him what he had replaced and then again starting yelling at me about how he didn't do anything to "scam" me and will take it up with his supervisor which was considered "after hours". He never called that person and then continued on how he insisted on taking his time out of his day to come and help us. At this point my wife had to come down into our basement to tell him to stop yelling. This is extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. He then became very defensive and started to randomly compare different companies with "Elite Clean Restoration". I had to end the conversation and ask him to finish taking his stuff back to his truck and trailer.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this business and Dwayne. I hope that others get a better experience than we did. I'm not looking for any sympathy from the owner but rather an apology for the poor actions that Dwayne gave us.

They were awful in the demo and recon part of the job. Terrible work, things went missing, walls taken down that shouldn’t have, terrible communication. I would not recommend them to anyone.
